I came here to get my oil changed one time and they did it easy. Danny then did a general inspection of parts under the car and notified me that my Some ball joints were torn and needed changing. Today I had them changed and it was great work done by him and his team. Great service at a decent price compared to other auto shops. Will be coming here consistently to get car related repairs. I feel confident that they will do a good job and have it done no problem. Thank you Family Motors for your great work!

I needed a professional shop for installing my aftermarket low pressure fuel sensor for my 2020 mustang ecoboost. My car runs okay but i was recommended from my tuner to change it and i’m not tech-savy when it comes to playing with the engine. After one quick call they said they could take me in THE SAME DAY they gave me a GREAT RATE and they did a AMAZING JOB the car literally better than ever! And i’m coming back for another service since these people are professional and reliable.

Great with domestic brands but do NOT TAKE EUROPEAN MODELS TO THIS SHOP, NOT EVEN FOR BRAKE REPLACEMENT. They did tried to best to help fix the issue however I literally just donated this shop $170 dollars 💸 problem with brakes was fixed for like 10 min then it started again NOT THEIR FAULT. ALWAYS take german cars to either the dealership or a shop who deals with these type of cars. Save your money, time and unnecessary headaches. German cars are special and required a shop with special training and knowledge to get them service this is not it.

Our car broke down (alternator) in Stockton on a trip up from SF, and thankfully found Family Motors to help fix up our Mazda. Danny was very helpful, honest, and straightforward with the process! As an unexpected bonus, Danny also offered to drive our car down to SF which gave him a chance to visit his family in the Bay Area. Bottom line, Family Motors is top notch.
