Truck stopped at 3:45 pm. Called tow truck who did not shoe up until 4:30 pm. Purlu stayed open and waited gor us to get there after their closing time and even gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day to get my truck. Really good mechanic's and excellent service. I will be back.

By far the best shop I have been to! They took good care of my truck, gave me honest feedback and did not try to up sale me on things I really don’t need done to my vehicle which is Dope because many shops will have you spend money for parts still in Good Condition. Prices are great service is great just Amazing shop no wonder they are constantly busy! Will definitely be coming back for more work done when needed on the truck, shout out to the fellas this morning that helped out.

Staff were hands down super friendly. I really wanted to rate them higher but I brought my van in with it having trouble starting, after the diagnostic and work done I left with it still having trouble starting. I was told to get another diagnostic at a transmission shop because there were other things wrong with my vehicle. First thing I asked was is the van worth keeping and if that’s all I needed to get it back on the road after the diagnostic. My money and vehicle is gone as of today. I just wish with all their experience they could’ve told me that I needed more work done by other mechanics to have my vehicle safely on the road. I would’ve saved money and time!

Definitely a top choice for mechanics around Stockton. I originally didn’t have a good experience but the fine folks at Perlu did everything in their power to make things right. Originally I had taken my car to get some work done, got it done and the car started overheating (not the mechanics fault, I didn’t ask the, to diagnose the vehicle I simply instructed them on what needed fixed after receiving a seperate diagnostic from a different place prior.) I wasn’t able to drive the vehicle or even barely make my way home. They paid to have the car towed back to their shop where they can further diagnose the vehicle and fix it. After doing the diagnostic with them and getting the repair necessary, my car has been running great so far. Car issues happen but the people at Perlu will for sure make that right for you and I don’t doubt it for a second. Definitely will be bringing my car exclusively to here now on. Thanks again!

I appreciate the staff and the time they took finding and resolving issues with my car. I brought in my vehicle because I couldn’t pass smog, and within the day they found an issue and called to notify me, so we could move forward. Unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue, after Rich spoke with me in person and showed me what he was able to find, he explained that he wanted to resolve my issue after looking for various things that weren’t the problem. Got my car back today and it is running great. Great customer service from Christina, Melissa, and Rich. I would recommend Perlu, and would feel comfortable bringing in my other vehicle, or this same one, but I trust they can keep this one on the road for years to come lol.

My van decided to go bipolar on me - would almost start but never caught - they checked it out but no codes were found, given the last tune-up was probably after the first ice age, I asked for it to be done. On 08-02-25, I called this place for a car repair quote. The first time I called, I spoke to a lady and gave her my car information. She said she will call back in "5 min." She never did. I call again 3 hours later for an update and to ask again for a quote on the same car. Another lady said they have it, once they finish ringing another customer up, they will call me back. You guessed it. THEY NEVER DID. If you want simple service from this establishment, prepare to beg because thats how i felt like i was doing. I don't want the owner to reply to this message and say how can they fix this problem. Just train your front staff better. Also, don't lie to your potential customers. Added is a picture of my phone call history with them for proof.
