Avoid this place at all costs – disgraceful service and disgusting customer treatment! I’ve never experienced such rude, dismissive, and disrespectful behavior in my life. I came in just to check if there was an issue with my tire – didn’t ask for service, didn’t ask for a discount – just one simple thing: step outside with me for a moment, take a quick look, and tell me if it’s even worth waiting two hours for a full check or not. What did I get instead? Pure disrespect. Rude language, nasty attitude, total disregard. They treated me like I was a burden, not a paying customer. One of them even tossed my car keys at me like I wasn’t welcome there. Both my father and I have been regular customers at this place – but clearly, that means nothing to them. No service, no professionalism, no basic human decency – just arrogance, ego, and zero accountability. This is not a business – it’s a customer-repelling machine. If you’re considering going there – do yourself a huge favor: don’t.

Family Tire may have some long wait times, but after my experience today, I am truly confident in their work and will be exclusively coming to this place for my tires and alignments. AL at the front desk was very polite and very detailed in what my car needed. To add to that, while I waited in the lobby I heard him interact with many customers. Always doing his best to help them and educate them on how things work and why certain things are needed. After today, I’ll only be coming to Family Tire and I’ll be calling ahead to make sure AL is working when I plan to be there. Thanks again AL! You’re a true pleasure

Great service and friendly employees. I have an SUV and needed some new tires. I was recommended this place through a friend who knows one of the owners/employees. They are very nice, helpful, and well-versed with tires and cars in general, which is everything you’d want at an auto place. I would definitely come back when/if I need to again and will continue to recommend to others who may be in the area. They won’t take advantage of you like some other places do either.

Been changing my tires regularly here because of the competitive prices. However, customer service is totally trash. If you try to call the ALWAYS put you on hold and never gets the calls, for god sake how difficult is to pick up the call and served their customers. Why you have a phone number? Not coming back. Family Tire located in Hollywood is miles better than this location.

I’ve been going here for years. Today I had nails in two tires and told them to take as long as they needed because I know they are busy on a Saturday. They were done in less than 90 minutes. The work is good. The staff is friendly. One pro tip, they don’t take appointments so get there early.

This place over charge they tried to charge me $40 per tire to simply put the tire on.l i hade 2 tires. On top of that it’s mandatory 3 hr wait time. Save yourself a trip and go to Tire plus down the road they charged me $45 for the whole thing including rotating the tires.

I normally don’t leave any negative Reviews because I believe that everyone if made aware should be given the opportunity to correct it. With that being said, unfortunately, this past Saturday due to the level of apathy and lack of customer service I feel it necessary to write this out. We have serviced our vehicles both business and personal at this shop for over 15 years to give you background. We arrived early Saturday morning around and were second in line so we decided to tap on the window to let the people inside know that we were here since we had called them earlier during the week to confirm that the tires would be there on Saturday so we could have our service vehicle’s tires replaced. Even though we were second in line, the manager would open the door and call other people, even if they arrived after us without even acknowledging us standing there. When we mentioned the frequency that we buy from them, they replied with, “everyone will be treated the same.” I guess asking a person to recognize you standing there is too much to ask, and we should lower our expectations of customer service or even interest. As a business owner, I will tell you every single transaction you do is based on the relationships you have with your customers. If you have no interest in your customers, eventually, they will have no interest in spending their money with you and will spend it with someone who wants to take care of them.

They have good prices, I was a customer for years but they just change tires when o got home I have a brand new flat tire, I checked the studs just to find out that they leave all the studs un tighten which is very dangerous if you are driving on highway and loose a wheel! Anyways they apologized and fix the problem but still very concerned about the service.

Warning! Get the quote in writing. We went this morning got a quote for the tirese just came back to pick it up and it was $100.00 extra (25 per tire) It was the same person that took care of us in the morning but said that wasn’t the price he quoted basically calling me a liar. Very disappointed. Rated a 2 because the service was quick. .

Go to the Family Tire in Hollywood! Such good ppl over there. Family has been going to both locations for years. I personally have not, and will not, ever step foot in the Pines location bc EVERY SINGLE TIME the same RUDE, HARSH person answers the phone. I pray that one day I'd call and it NOT be him, but nope, always him. Must be hard to keep new employees there bc anyone dealing w this guy must be left feeling horribly on thr daily. Not enough hugs from mommy. It's 8:30am guy...way too early for complete disrespect. Any of the other 1 star reviews, ACCURATE, and guaranteed they are about this guy, at least in the last 2 years. Don't bother w some fake professional, and long winded response...funny to see how they defend themselves on their bad reviews.

I have gone to family tire a couple of times for a flat tire. Their service is efficient and affordable. They are kind and very helpful. Most recently, I went this past Saturday for a realignment and tire rotation. Al at the front desk is always helpful and honest. He made sure the realignment was truly necessary. They won’t recommend a service you don’t actually need which I appreciate. The wait times are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had the worst car experience of my life at Family Tires. On Saturday around 2:30 PM, I went in because I had a nail in my tire. The manager told me it would be about an hour wait just to be seen. An employee was able to pull my car in within a few minutes, so I gave them my phone number and my wheel lock as requested and stepped away to grab food nearby. I returned at 3:05 PM only to find the shop completely closed with my car keys and wheel lock locked inside. Not one person told me they closed at 3 PM. Instead, I was told there would be about an hour wait to even look at my car. No one called to say my car was ready. No one called to warn me they were closing. And to make matters worse, they are closed on Sundays. I called the number an employee (who was in his car ready to leave the premises) gave me for the manager countless times, and not once did he answer. As a single mother who works Monday through Friday and takes my daughter to school every day, I cannot be without my vehicle. I had to Uber an hour away to get my spare key and then Uber back — an expensive and completely avoidable situation. I also needed to change my brake pads, but couldn’t because they kept my wheel lock. When I returned Monday to explain what happened, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He even threatened to call the police on me for picking up my own car. Absolutely unbelievable behavior. I will never return here. I will also be telling my friends and family, many of whom already complain about how rude management is, to take their business elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that values customers and basic communication.

The big box store I had purchased my tires at didn't even want to take the tire off to see if it could even be repaired. The screw was close to the edge and therefore the wall. Never a good spot. They tried to sell me on a new tire instead. My mother and brother had good luck at Family Tire in years past. I decided to stop by for a second opinion and I'm glad I did. Not only was the repairman Farhat able to save my tire, he did it faster than the estimated time given. He also paid great attention to detail because I noticed he matched the repaired tire pressure to the opposite tire. Nicely done. Al at the counter was also a standup guy for helping me out. The whole experience made my day because up until then it was a rough week of everything going wrong. I Will definitely be back in the future for tires and service.
