The employees displayed a noticeable lack of experience and an unprofessional, nonchalant approach to their work. For instance, I overheard staff members discussing that my coolant level was low; however, no one informed me directly or advised that it needed to be filled. After completing my payment, I asked the service member who worked on my vehicle whether the coolant was indeed low. He confirmed that it was and then asked if anyone had mentioned it to me. When I responded that no one had, he appeared confused. I assured him that I would handle the issue myself. I subsequently went to the neighboring shop and purchased coolant.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE ! Prince , Wes , and JD treated us exceptionally well ! Our car unfortunately had some rust build up that delayed the process but the team made sure to keep us updated and maintained a positive and fun attitude throughout our wait :) Wes was very through in testing our breaks , making us feel very cared for . This place is fantastic! Fast, reliable and great customer service. I drove in and out getting my oil change and maintenance in just few minutes. Good quality service and products just like the dealer without waiting a long time or getting ripped off like the tire places. Jay the manager is amazing, very polite, knowledgeable and the shop is clean and runs efficiently. Store hours and deals are great! If you a busy professional or mom like me, this place is very convenient!

I took my car to Jiffy Lube at 17311 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 for a simple oil change because I couldn’t wait for my scheduled maintenance at the Kia dealership. This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube, as I usually go to Kia and have never had any issues. Right after leaving Jiffy Lube, my check engine light came on, and my car started dragging. For example, when I’m driving at 60 mph, it feels like I’m only going 30. My car was driving perfectly before this visit, and I’ve never experienced anything like this after an oil change from Kia. When I went back to Jiffy Lube, they claimed the problem wasn’t caused by them—but that doesn’t add up. My check engine light was never on before, and my car never dragged like this. On top of that, we checked the oil and found that they had overfilled it. The oil tank was overflowing, which could definitely cause problems. It’s really disappointing. I even filled out a positive survey before realizing the damage that had been done. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube location and will not be returning.

Was met with the most delightful staff at the later hours of the day that truly would have anyone in the worst of drained spirits. Extremely kind, empathetic and considerate of my history going to that location often. Also just as transparent and honest to perform the essential services to keep my car going but not break my wallet in doing so. Very quickly and efficiently had everything done by everyone’s hands on deck for my car. Led by JD, the rest of the staff was very friendly and warm. Stephanie, Kevin, Erica, Frank, Jonathan. Maybe someone else there that I unfortunately cannot remember right now. The least painful and dreadful car care experience I have had in a truly long time. Highly recommend!!

We stopped here purely because I really needed an oil change, it was close by, and there was no line—sold. What we didn’t expect was such an outstanding experience. JD, the manager, and his team were enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely excited to help. My husband and I looked at each other like, “Wow… this is what great customer service feels like?” Since that’s no longer the norm, it definitely stood out. This Jiffy Lube team is always quick, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Alan M and Jonathan P really stood out by identifying a drivetrain issue on my BMW that multiple other places couldn’t diagnose, or wanted to charge excessive amounts just to take a look. They took the time to explain what they were seeing and have continued to offer helpful guidance on next steps. That kind of professionalism and insight goes a long way. I’ll definitely continue visiting this Jiffy Lube.

My visit to Jiffy Lube on March 4, 2026, will be my last. For six quarts of synthetic oil, an oil filter, an air filter, and a cabin filter, I was charged $253.85 — a price that exceeds what I can receive for the same service at a dealership. The staff were professional and courteous, and I appreciate that. But value matters, and when the numbers don’t add up, the decision makes itself. I won’t be returning.

I went in to check why a certain item in my car was not working, quoted $1400 to fix it. I took my car to a local mechanic who told me that item I was quoted to fix was fine (they actually tested it) and that it was actually another cheaper/easier item that was causing the issue. So I almost got hood winked. Make sure to get a second opinion. Stick to oil changes here.

The AC on my 2003 Ford F150 Lightning started blowing warm in south Florida - not good! Service Advisor Yvette is an awesome service advisor. She is down to earth, super respectful and patient with customers, very respectful, and has a great personality. Also very knowledgeable and confident regarding service recommendations and explaining service issues. Ask for her! Mechanic Wes Dearmon is phenomenal. My man from Texas! He asked about my concerns, assessed, and repaired my AC. AC work can be very difficult to diagnose and Wes nailed it - replaced the compressor based on multiple checks. He was respectful, has great communication skills, is a hardworking man, and gained my trust within three minutes. When you know someone is legit, you just know! I want to bring my cars to Wes instead of the dealership! Wes is one in a million in the Miami area!!! Thank you Jiffy Lube team! My AC repair wxperience was unreal! I will be going to Jiffy Lube for first right of refusal on all mechanical needs, as long as Wes and Yvette are there to deal with me! Absolutely awesome!!! I would not have written all of this if otherwise and I would not have trusted my Lightning with anyone! Keepin’ it real, no kickbacks!
