This was by far the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop. My husband called ahead of time to inquire about pricing and availability. He spoke with Adrian who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When I arrived Adrian went over the info he shared with my husband. He took his time explaining the process and additional services available for my new tire installation. One of the things I noticed while waiting in the lobby was the amount of returning customers who were on a first name basis with the reps. That’s rare to see nowadays. Pricing was fair and competitive but more importantly the customer service was exceptional. It’s fair to say we have found our new go to auto shop.

Two weeks ago I busted my tire going over a hump on the road. It was getting late but I took a chance and called Goodyear at 8301 Pines Blvd. I spoke to Andre and he said I could come over and they would take a look at the tire. To make a long story short, Andre and his team stayed after hours to make sure my car was safe to drive home. I would give more than five stars if that was possible. I recommend them highly.

As a multiple award winning CEO and Executive Consultant with Good Vibe Strategies, I sincerly tell you that the service here was the best of all mechanics I have ever gone to. Adrian Labady, the manager was the one who singlehandedly made the visit the best in my whole life. The other person I interacted with named Carlos was also very intelligent and friendly. Great experience and rare for a mechanic! I highly recommend anyone with a Mercedes go there as I even got my A service for 1/6 of the price $220 which is outstanding!!! This man deserves a promotion and should train all shops on how to work with people and provide excellent customer service.

Andre Graham was my operator on this visit, I am a loyal customer because every time I need my 2011 Kia Soul serviced I go to MY GOODYEAR AUTO SERVICE and they know me. I feel they are trustworthy and honest about what my car needs. I am the only owner my car has ever had and the key to longevity of your car is routine maintenance which is a valuable thing at a reasonable price. I don't get the impression that I am being taken because I am not car mechanic smart and that is the best

I've got my tires from here for multiple vehicles and I've always had a great experience. I had my rotors and brake pads done without any issues as well. I usually replace tires at Walmart. On August 10th of this year I couldn’t get through to them on the phone so I called around. Eventually I talked to Adrian from the Goodyear branch at Pines Blvd and University Drive. He was very professional, he was not just selling tires, but showed interest in giving me a good deal by explained the different options, so I could make an informed decision. That day I took my wife’s Lexus along with my Camry to change a tire on each. On October 19th, I returned with the Camry to purchase two more tires and a day later, I had subframe parts replaced and alignment done. Today I am back to purchase two more tire for the Lexus. Goodyear is now my preferred store because of the exceptional service provided by Adrian.

Jason and Adrian were on point, I scheduled my appointment with them and when I got to the store Jason has already leave everything ready for the appointment , Adrian took care of everything. My car went into the shop right away and they even took care of a flat tire on my wife’s car right on the spot.
