My vehicle is out of warranty, but been in multiple times for the same issues. They’ve taken care of me with a loaner, and they also provide loaners if you purchased a vehicle for oil changes very understanding and explain what is being done. Would never buy another vehicle from any other dealer, but Vera truly Five stars is not enough.

(A) I was happy with the service tech I originally had Mr. Anwar Johnson. But for some strange reason yall decided to give me another service tech Mr. Geovoni . Not saying the next guy was bad but he was DEFINITELY not as good as my original. (B) I don't feel its fair for me to bring my truck in for service on a Monday but you don't actually start on it till Wednesday or Thursday. (C) With that being said its also not fair I pay for extended warranty, I choose your facility to service and receive the business and you only give give me a loaner for a short period of time. That does not cover the time frame of my vehicle being in your shop. (D) I'm told its THIS and once you fix THIS, the truck continues to do the same thing and now you tell me its THAT. So apparently it seems as if you really don't know wut the problem is. Just guessing, and charging my warranty company for money and a ridiculous labor price. (E) Also all of your techs should be trained on COMMUNICATION!!!!!! In fact have Mr.Anwar Johnson TEACH them all !!!!

My recent experience has been a nightmare. I dropped my truck off in December because my check engine light was on. The service advisor Anwar hooked my truck u to a machine and he advised me that i need a clamp, 2 new sensors, an oil change and an exhaust cleaning. I told him change the sensors, do the oil change and replace the clamp. He only change the oil and replaced the clamp. When i picked up my truck he told me the sensors didn’t need to be changed. After a little over a week the check engine light comes back on, i took my truck back to the dealership where they held my truck for a week only to tell me that the sensors that should of been installed weeks ago from the beginning is now out of stock and they don’t know when they will be back in stock.
