I had a great experience at Vera Cadillac, especially working with Mike in the service department. He was extremely helpful, kind, and very thorough in explaining everything that was included in the service package I purchased with my vehicle. This experience was much better than my prior one with Christopher. Mike had no issues at all arranging a complimentary Uber, was clear about the pickup location, and made the entire process seamless. The service itself took about two and a half hours, and Mike called me right when it was finished to ask if I was ready for him to send the Uber back to Vera, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the complimentary car wash—it wasn’t the best. The inside of my truck wasn’t very clean, and there were still some marks on the exterior. That said, overall it was a very smooth and positive experience, and I’d definitely return based on the level of service Mike provided.

Vera Cadillac GMC – Accountability Matters When my daughter and I first walked into Vera Cadillac GMC, we were completely ignored for over 30 minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. When my husband later walked in, we suddenly received attention, and I immediately called out the obvious: Olivia and I had been overlooked. That moment could have ended the relationship. Instead, it became the reason I’m writing this review. Todd, the salesperson who helped us, took immediate accountability. He genuinely had not seen us before and made that clear—it was other salespeople who missed the opportunity. From that moment on, Todd was exceptional: positive, uplifting, attentive, and fully engaged. He showed us vehicles with enthusiasm and respect and completely changed the tone of the experience. Todd then brought in Ulysses, the finance manager (and former store manager), who also apologized profusely and took ownership. I explained very clearly that the initial mistake was going to cost them—and it did—in the best possible way for me. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I ended up with an incredible deal. At one point I laughed and said, “You made me so angry that I bought two cars.” And we all laughed—because it was true. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled. Todd and Ulysses turned a frustrating situation into a standout experience through humility, professionalism, and genuine care. That’s leadership. That’s service recovery done right. Because of them, I would return—and I would recommend asking for Todd and Ulysses by name. Accountability earns loyalty. They proved that.

We bought our new GMC AT4 HD truck from Vera Cadillac Buick GMC, because they called us back promptly. I was looking at trucks all over South Florida and reached out to several dealerships inquiring about trucks I had found through web searches. I asked several dealerships for more information, was requested through their Chat bots to send over information to contact me by phone. Reluctantly, I gave my cell number over to the chat bots, but never received a call back. Vera, on the other hand, called me within an hour and I was able to get information on a new truck they had just received. My salesman was professional and very helpful throughout the buying process. I was able to complete the purchase over the phone and when we arrived at the dealership, the truck was exactly as advertised. They also had the best price for the truck. The finance manager was ready for us when we arrived and we were out the door in 20 minutes with our new truck. The instruction and assistance we got setting up our phones was superb and took longer than the actual purchase. Everyone we met at Vera were extremely professional and made us feel at home. Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. I would recommend you check Vera first for your next Cadillac Buick or GMC purchase.
