I had a bad start telling me i had to wait 3 days for an AC diagnostic and they didnt have a loaner to give me. What kind of dealership has no loaners ti give to 20 year loyal customer? I had to speak to the service supervisor and got taken care of. I am normally satisfy with their service. No 5 start this time

There's certain things that you just have to rely on the dealership for in a place that you can trust. And know that they're giving you a good price and excellent service. And that's what chevy pines is for me. They know me they remember, they smile.Do whatever they can to help out.And just tell it like it is and even offer you can get a second opinion. But this is our recommendation. And they've never failed me, which is why, as a loyal customer, there's no place I'd rather be. So the famous line who you gonna call..... For me it's chevy of pines.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Yudi Barzaga and she has been simply outstanding in her follow-up with my service to my vehicle.. She communicated in a timely manner kept me up to date with the progress, without me having to call as on several occasions with previous service advisors. She exemplifies service and customer commitment.

My service representative retired, and I didn’t know, but now I have a new representative at Auto Nation that was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. She also notified me about vehicle credits that I have. She also told me a proper time to arrive with my vehicle to be serviced.

I have never had a worse experience in my life. Sales was great, but one year later my car sat for five days with the service department, and they never looked at it. At that point, we decided to take our car home and take it elsewhere. I will never Buy a Chevy again after this experience.

I recently brought my car in for service at Autonation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines and had a great experience. Armando was excellent, very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process. The service itself was smooth, and my car was repaired with no issues since. I appreciate the professionalism and quality of work, and I will continue bringing my car here in the future. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for reliable service and great customer care.

Horrible service department! They constantly take 5 to 6 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. They will bill you for the oil change even when you have a service plan that includes them for free. They will add back the free oil change but if you try and use their coupons for routine service (other service done not covered) they will then remove your free oil change and add the discount only to the oil change that was already free. Complete scam of a company that needs to be investigated since day one they tried to say I never had an extended service contract but then goes oh sorry sometimes we forget to add them after the vehicle is purchased. Just forget to add it..nice how many people are told this and don’t go back in the paperwork to prove they are wrong and lose out on thousands spent? Make sure if you do use them take photos of your vehicle before because how I dropped it off and how they gave it back is completely insane.

I’ve been a Chevy owner for years, but my experience with this Chevy AutoNation dealership has been an absolute nightmare—one of the worst I’ve ever had with any service center, period. I strongly urge anyone reading this to steer clear and take your vehicle to another Chevy AutoNation location or, honestly, any other repair shop that values its customers. If you end up with Miguel as your service advisor, good luck. His communication skills are practically nonexistent, and the entire process of dealing with him has been infuriating. He seems completely out of his depth in a customer-facing role and would be better off in a job like washing cars, where human interaction isn’t required. I brought my truck in for service on September 4, 2025, because I was having serious issues with both the engine and the transmission. I made it crystal clear to Miguel that the transmission was a major concern, as it was slipping and causing problems on the road. Despite explaining this in detail, he completely disregarded the transmission issue. I trusted the dealership to handle it professionally, but that was a mistake. When I finally picked up my truck a full month later, on October 4, the engine repairs were done, but the transmission problems were exactly the same—no improvement whatsoever. It’s beyond frustrating to spend that much time and money only to get your vehicle back in the same condition you brought it in. Clearly, Miguel didn’t listen to a word I said or bother to ensure the full scope of the repairs was addressed. To add insult to injury, I’m currently driving a loaner vehicle from the dealership while they supposedly “work” on my truck. Out of the blue, Miguel called me with an accusatory tone, claiming I was refusing to provide necessary information and threatening to report the loaner vehicle as stolen if I didn’t immediately drive to the dealership to renew the 30-day rental agreement. Here’s the kicker: I had already renewed the agreement! This bizarre interaction left me stunned. Not only was his accusation baseless, but it was also delivered in the most unprofessional way possible. I’ve never dealt with a service advisor who seems so uninterested in basic courtesy or clear communication. As of today, October 21, 2025, my truck has been sitting at the dealership for over six weeks, and they still haven’t even diagnosed the transmission issue. Six weeks! I’ve called multiple times for updates, but getting a straight answer from Miguel or anyone else is like pulling teeth. At this point, I’m bracing myself for another month without my vehicle, and I’m starting to lose hope that they’ll ever fix it properly. The lack of progress, combined with the poor communication and unprofessional behavior, has made this one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. I chose AutoNation because I thought a big name like theirs would mean reliable service, but this location has completely shattered that expectation. It’s not just Miguel—though he’s a big part of the problem—the entire service department seems disorganized and indifferent. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the frustration. Take your car somewhere else where they actually listen to you and treat you like a valued customer. I wish I had.

My service advisor today Paul was simply amazing. Kept me abreast of the situation with my truck every step of the way walking back and forth from his office to speak to me directly not via text message like most others would do. He made my experience worth it today. Auto Nation Pembroke Pines, you definitely got a good one in Paul. Sincerely George M Reeves III

My wife and I along with our puppy Murphy took our vehicle there to find out what we need to do. We were met by John Colon, he made everything so simple and helpfull, such as how to arrange for a car rentall, assisted with taking our personall things out for us to place in the rental. John explained the entire process, and he friquently called us with progress updates. This is a service that we thought did not exist anymore.

I recently brought my vehicle to AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines Service Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service advisor kept me updated throughout the process, clearly explained what needed to be done, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready right on time. I really appreciate how transparent and honest the team was — it made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend this service center to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service.

My latest service at AutoNation Chevrolet was amazing! Armando took care of me and hooked me up with a rental for the time spent at the shop. Best of all, everything was covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. Highly recommend!

First i want to say that i completely understand that the part for my vehicle was backorders for 3 months and that is out of the dealer's control. What is not acceptable is that after my vehicle arrived it took almost a month to get to the shop to diagnostics while i had to rent a car out of own pocket. The other part that is wrong is the lack of communication, i would send 1-2 messages a week and no one would answer. I was told that my account representative had left her position and yet no one bother to tell me who my next point of contact would be, even emaild, texted and called the service manager and for the last 60 days never got an answer from anyone in the dealer.

Typical Click and Bait but on a whole new level. Received a text message last week that its time to service your car and please schedule and appointment. I have a 2023 Camaro LT1 with a V8 engine. I ask the person on text message for the price and they stated starting at $115.99. And when I get to the dealership on my scheduled appointment I luckily asked the service advisor Jason what the price would be and he came up with an astonishing $300+ price for a simple oil change. We are talking about a 2023 Camaro with 11k miles on the odo. I have a BMW m5 V8 and another XM v8 there the oil change price is under $200 and these are cars priced at $125k and $165k. Further more, i had stated to my advisor that there is some water noise issue that I learnt of 3 days ago coming from passenger door and the first thing he states is that there will be a $220 diagnostic fees.... like not even ask for any description of the issue or anything just straight, Charge Money attitude. I reminded the advisor that my car is still under factory warranty has less than 12k miles in 2 years, babied around but no change. Sold me story that oh but it may not be a warranty issue maybe somehting else we dont know till we open it up lol. I just thanked him for his time and excused myself out. We to tiresplus 2 miles down the road and got an oil change, tire rotation, wheel balancing all done for under $180 lol. Never gonna bring my car back to this place and will always remind my family and friends who own Chevy to stay away from this service center. Head for a another Chevy dealer service center or use a good shop.

At the time of purchasing my Corvette C8, the salesperson guaranteed that the vehicle came with a spare key and that all minor cosmetic issues (scratches, paint chips, scuffed leather seat, etc.) would be repaired under the PermaPlate appearance warranty, which I was strongly encouraged to purchase. However, immediately after signing all the purchase documents, I was informed that there was no spare key. I was told they would “take care of it” through the PermaPlate warranty. It has now been three months, and I am still waiting for my keys. I constantly have to follow up, with no proactive communication whatsoever. This level of service is completely unprofessional. In addition, I was unable to take delivery of the vehicle on the day of purchase. At the very last minute, I was informed that the car had an open manufacturer recall. I was assured the vehicle would be ready the following day at 10:00 AM, which was critical as I had a flight to catch. The plan changed multiple times: first, they said they would deliver the car to my home, then that a salesperson would pick me up, and finally that they would call me an Uber. After waiting with no updates, I went to the dealership myself. The vehicle was not ready until 11:30 AM, and I almost missed my flight. Following the salesperson’s recommendation, I opened several claims with PermaPlate to complete the promised cosmetic repairs. PermaPlate took weeks to respond to each claim, requiring multiple follow-ups. Ultimately, all claims were denied, with unjustified reasons provided to avoid performing the repairs. To make matters worse, the dealership refuses to allow me to cancel this completely useless warranty or issue a refund, and PermaPlate does not respond to my emails requesting cancellation of the coverage. The salesperson also asked me to leave the vehicle with them so they could take care of the repairs, assuring me once again that they would use my PermaPlate warranty and that I absolutely should not cancel it. This turned out to be yet another lie. After several hours of waiting, I was told that everything had been meticulously repaired. The reality was a complete disaster. I honestly could have done a better job myself in the AutoZone parking lot with $20 worth of products. It was embarrassing and unacceptable. They simply attempted to hide the issues instead of properly repairing them—and they even caused additional damage to the vehicle. Since then, I have been waiting for a call back from a manager who was supposed to contact me. It has now been several days, and I am still waiting.

I would like to say this dealership got me right. I love the fact that the management team is involved with follow up most dealerships aren’t like that makes you feel valued as a customer. Loverly and Ricardo are great managers. I traveled from Kendall to do business with this dealership. It was my first time and looking forward to bringing the rest of my vehicles here. Thank you again.

I want to commend Lairen Villamil for the exceptional service she provided in caring for my two vehicles, which were serviced just days apart. From start to finish, Lairen was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was handled properly. Both vehicles were returned to me running as well as they did the day I bought them, which speaks volumes about her attention to detail and commitment to customer care. What impressed me most was the personal attention she gave throughout the process. She made me feel valued, informed, and completely confident that my vehicles were in excellent hands. Lairen’s customer service went above and beyond. Her kindness, responsiveness, and thoroughness left such a strong impression that I truly feel like I’ve made a genuine friend in the process. She is fantastic, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized and commended for the outstanding level of care she provides.
