You gotta get Joe Salerno for your service manager. The guy is top notch and he knows how to work with SOA corporate if you have any kind of warranty issue.

They have a lack of communication with the client that is surprising. They keep using automated message systems with boiler plate language in place of human interaction and genuine care. Faux Service and care is what you can expect. ***You really responded to this review 5 years after the fact...I don't even own a Subaru anymore...stop using automated tools and get back to using humans that can actually communicate. A human would not have responded 5 years after the fact. Please learn for your future potential customers and good luck to them maybe they might have a better experience.

Got called half an hour before arriving. Got confirmation from Chloe, Jules, and JP that I'd be able to get my car. JP let me know it wasn't available after I arrived

Simply amazing service. Jorge Tocuyo and Elba Navarro were perfect from start to finish. I live in Kendall, about 30 to 45 minutes south of Pembroke Pines, but when you're dealing with honest and friendly people the trip is totally worth it. Got my car as promised, clean and ready to drive. I'll continue dealing with the best service and Subaru people in Florida!

Lehman Subaru changed my oil and filter in Jan. They did not check or adjust my tire pressure as asked, I checked it once I left (my mistake) I assumed all work would have been completed. Car started leaking oil. Called Lehman today, earliest I could get in would be Thursday because they “overbooked”. Decided to call Pembroke Pines Subaru. What a pleasant experience all the way through from the phone call, to Elba my Service Manager. They were able to get me in TODAY. Elba was amazing. She made sure to get the issue corrected and also had the tire rotation performed which I requested. She told me it would all take 2 hours. Apparently the oil filter was put on incorrectly from Lehman. She replaced it at no cost to me and the overall experience was MUCH better than my Lehman experience. I will absolutely only bring my vehicle here from now on. I don’t mind driving 30 minutes to get the level of service I received today. She said it would be all completed in 2 hours and it was. Very happy customer.

I used to go to Coconut Creek Subaru where I purchased my car but after coming to Pembroke Pines and working with Felipe Martinez I won’t go back! Pembroke Pines will give you a loaner if needed and take good care of you! Thanks again Felipe for explaining and answering all of my questions!

My name is Jordan Cohen. Jorge was my service advisor. I came in with a check engine light, and had to wait over 4 hours for diagnostics. This shop quoted me 300% more for the exact repair that the next closest Subaru dealer (North Miami) quoted me. While I was waiting for more than 4 hours for diagnostics, I received no less than 3 calls and texts from the aggressive sales team at Subaru of Pembroke Pines trying to poach my car. I told them repeatedly that I am only here to fix my car, not sell it, yet they persisted. Jorge in the service department told me that the reason for the price difference between this shop and north Miami is that labor variances may be up to 2,000%, insinuating that the other Subaru certified service shop is full of cheaper inexperienced workers who will not provide the exact same labor and parts as this shop. This place is a scam, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Does Subaru Headquarters allow for 2,000% variance in service quotes? Who allowed Jorge to speak on behalf of Subaru? It’s embarrassing. I’ll never buy another one.

One of the best dealership service experiences I've ever had. No delays, solid communication and courteous service. Felipe was the best service advisor I've ever dealt with. He understood my issue, spoke with the technician and had the job done in half the required time. There is a Subaru dealership closer, but I will travel farther for this experience any day of the week. Highly recommend, but make sure to make an appointment, things will go much smoother this way

Had to haggle for a used car, service is bad. Sent a part for the new used car that was damaged. Taking forever to get the replacement. Going on 3 weeks. They claim they have certified cars but they are beat up dented and scratched. Not sure where they get them from. To me that's not certified. Just another scam to push cars.

This review pertains to calling and making an appointment. Subaru needs to get their phone attendant system in order. It shouldn't be so difficult to make an appointment. Repeatedly when I call to make an appointment you get transfered to 3 or more places and still can't get a person or even leave a message for someone to call back. This is ridiculous!!!! I'm about to go in-person to make an appointment later. 😩

Poor Diagnostic Process - Blamed Mods Without Basic Checks I am writing this review based on a highly disappointing and technically incompetent service experience with Subaru of Pembroke Pines concerning a critical safety system on my 2019 Subaru Ascent. Approximately a month and a half after a routine service, I began experiencing persistent faults with the Eyesight system and the Reverse Automatic Braking (RAB). These are not minor conveniences; they are vital safety features I rely on. When I returned to the dealership to have this diagnosed, the process was superficial and unsatisfactory. Their technicians performed a computer scan, found no active codes, reset the system, and sent me on my way. The problem returned almost immediately. Upon my second inquiry, I was told the issue was caused by my aftermarket wheels. This explanation is difficult to accept for several reasons: 1. The Wheels Are Not New: The wheels have been on the vehicle, functioning perfectly with all safety systems, for nearly a full year before this problem emerged. The issue arose after a service at their dealership not after the wheel installation. 2. Their Explanation Was Factually Wrong: The service advisor claimed my vehicle was "1 inch higher than factory." This is false. The front tires are the exact factory size (245/50/20). The rear tires, while wider (275/45/20), have the same overall diameter and circumference. The vehicle's ride height and center of gravity are unchanged.** A basic tire size calculator would have shown them this. This error proves they did not perform even the most basic validation of their own theory. 3. A Total Lack of Investigation: The diagnosis was a guess, not a result of testing. No attempt was made to rule out actual potential causes, such as a misaligned Eyesight camera (perhaps knocked during the previous service), a faulty sensor, a software glitch, or an issue with the RAB system itself. My concern is that they offered a conclusory diagnosis that is both illogical and factually incorrect, effectively ending the diagnostic process. This leaves me with a faulty safety system and no resolution. A service department, especially for a brand known for its safety, should be dedicated to methodical problem-solving. Subaru of Pembroke Pines demonstrated a shocking lack of technical knowledge and effort. I cannot recommend their service department for anything at all, as they cannot be trusted to diagnose problems accurately or honestly. I am now seeking a competent second opinion to actually diagnose the real problem.

Felipe went above and beyond the service needs for my Subaru Outback. My old sells guy, Luis Carbonell, was there too. He is the most committed and honest sales person I’ve found and that was back in 2017 when he worked in Subaru at Bird Rd. Make sure you ask for him if you’re planning to invest in Subaru and support them. After all, Subaru is the kindest car company supporting great causes and they’re fun to drive!

We went to Subaru of Pembroke pines last night about just before dark. My wife's car had too many issues and I was leaving town and we needed to make a purchase on a new car. A dear friend of ours purchased two Subarus from the same salesman, Kerry. I now have seven friends and some relatives that have purchased Subarus recently and they all love their cars. We went in and was greeted in the most professional manner by Kerry. He was very knowledgeable and showed us several different models and took us for a test drive and we came back to the very first car that he showed us in the showroom floor and basically we bought it off the showroom floor. We chose the outback wilderness edition with turbo. (WOW, KAREN LOVES IT!) After a very smooth transaction I highly recommend Kerry, and the whole sales team at Subaru of Pembroke Pines Florida. I was impressed that now consumer reports rate Subaru number one in customer satisfaction. If you are in the market of purchasing a new Subaru come in and visit with Kerry you will not be disappointed and be sure to tell them Tom and Karen sent you and you will be treated like friends and family.

We had an amazing experience at the Subaru dealership! Our salesman, Johnson, was absolutely wonderful. He helped my parents choose the perfect car the Outback Limited and took the time to explain every detail clearly. He’s also bilingual, which made the whole process so much easier for Spanish speaking customers like my parents. Johnson walked them through all the features, set up the GPS, face recognition, and all the settings they needed for their daily routine. His patience and professionalism made us feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. Our finance manager, Andres Gomez, was also amazing. He’s bilingual as well and made the closing process smooth and stress-free. Overall, we left extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommend this team! The environment was great everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They even have a really nice water dispenser that gives flavored sparkling water, (cucumber flavor was amazing) which was such a cool touch while we waited. It definitely made the experience even better.
