Freaking disgusting me and. My family and. Friends we definitely not be back and I have so many followers on all my platforms of social media they will know not to return here out of curiosity I don’t want to say the young lady name I don’t want her to get attacked

This is literally THEE worse BJ's in all of South FL.. from the bald manager, all the way down to the old man that checks the receipts to the guy that answers the phones at customer service that feels it's appropriate to call someone "mami" over the phone. I'll be contacting BJ's Corporate office since getting anyone at that store to help, is impossible. These people then get fired and wonder why they got fired...

Awful customer service. 3 people talking to each other at the registers area while none of the registers was attended by a human. Only option was to self check out. Where is my discount for working for you???

I went to BJ’s this morning to pick up my curbside grocery order, and I was greeted by a young man named Gio. He was such a breath of fresh air – his positive energy and friendliness truly made my morning! He was very polite, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I left feeling very pleased and appreciated.

I visited the store on 3/10 and used the self check out line. I was having issues with a plant that did not have a barcode to scan. The employee Carletha came over to assist me. The item that I was purchasing was an orchid, and did not have a barcode to scan. She offered to go and find the product that was on the other side of the store. She did it with a positive attitude. She was very friendly. She was glad to help. She was very polite and I really appreciate that. Should be really be recognized

The store is very organized and nicely operated but You guys let your employees brush their teeth in the restroom where the sink is ?? I walked in the restroom and an employee was brushing her teeth , as soon as you walk in you see her brushing her teeth … that is disgusting and unsanitary.

Looks like bjs is in the business of taking EBT money and not returning it. Shame on you! Corporate called multiple times without any response, came in the club, not the front lead, or store manager take responsibility, I’m still missing my money, and after 15 years of being a loyal customer, looks like I will be changing clubs. This is BS. Every time I come, there is NO MANAGEMENT AT THE STORE…..it is 1:38 pm today……no one to talk to. More great news: David Roca (BJ's Member Care) is the only supervisor available when you call Bjs customer service, and he REFUSED to transfer me to his supervisor, and stated he does not have an escalation department or an additional supervisor above him

I like shopping here. I just hate that 1 out of 3 people speaks English. At least make sure dept workers can communicate in English...Not every customer speaks Spanish.

Great value, friendly helpful staff. The store leaves a little bit to be desired but overall I am happy with the prices and selection of goods. I would recommend this business.

Customer service and corporate do not communicate or whatever organization is with the the membership services. Whatever you do, do not leave the credit card linked to your account. Even after you cancel, They will charge for the renewal fee and you wont hear anything, until they're about to put a late fee because you haven't paid the membership fee that you shouldn't have gotten in the first place.

Lots more choices than Sam's Club, but no one wants to work. There's one cashier. Line as far as could be. There's self checkout but for 10 or less items. They've recently changed the other self checkouts to 20 items or less. It did not have a limit previously. So my husband went to it anyway. No one was using them. We were ALL in line at the one cashier. Horrible. Nothing but side eyes from the "manager" at her podium in front of the registers. The EMPTY registers. Then, I love how after you check your own groceries out, the people at the front use their "x-ray vision" to scan your receipt to see if you're a shoplifter. I'm going to Sam's from now on. They have their checkout process better honed.

The operating hours are very convenient when you're working late. I don't usually find all that I need in this store and their prices are higher than their competitors It's quite difficult to find an employee when you need, except at the very front of the store

Went to BJ's Wholesale Club with my parents. My dad has a membership. First of all, I love how CLEAN and ORGANIZED this BJ's Wholesale Club is. Like ridiculously clean and organized! Secondly, I love that they open at 8:00am. One of the downfalls of Costco is they don't open until 10:00am. The early opening time is also another main factor why I prefer Sam's Club over Costco's as I can get into Sam's Club at 8am too with the Executive Membership. Lastly, I saw a big sign for BJ's Express Pay which is similar to Sam's Club's Scan & Go where you can scan items as you grab them and pay on the app and skip the lines. Oh. Em. Geeeeee!!! GAME CHANGER!!! Apparently they've had this app since 2015. Nice. Costco is so behind everyone on this scan and go app thing. Complete time saver!!! Another thing is that the place is so nice and peaceful this early. We arrived around 8:30am and it was empty. So ZEN!!! Not even lying. You can tell from my photos of the place. So nice when you compare this to the chaos of Costco. Listen, I don't hate on Costco because I actually love certain things they carry, it just needs to be more convenient for me to want to shop there more than Sam's Club or BJ's. Period. They have such a great selection of items here. I like that they sell Horizon and Lactaid brand milk as a single item and not a multi pack. They have a deli counter. That’s a first. Produce and meat selections were super fresh items. Several items that the other wholesale clubs don’t have. Unique items too. I love the variety. The employees here are very friendly from the entrance to the checkouts to the membership services. My dad added me to his membership with no hassle and we were done and done in about 10 minutes. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman working at the membership services desk but he was alone and was so nice and patient with us. I also chatted with him about Costco being so behind on the app thing. Ha. Great club and looking forward to coming back with my new membership! Yayyyyyy!!!

I love shopping at BJ’s Pembroke Pines. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. They have a great selection of apparel, and when it comes to groceries and household items, this is my go-to. I always buy my lasagna, manicotti, pre-cooked pizzas, and all kinds of nuts here. Their washer detergents are top quality, and their house brand, Berkley Jensen and Wellsley Farms, are truly trustworthy and consistent. And don’t miss the giant 3-cookie boxes right by the cashier exit, they’re irresistible and always make it into my cart! BJ’s never disappoints.

As a pregnant customer with an infant at home, I’ve been using BJ’s drive-up service for convenience and peace of mind. However, I feel the need to share my ongoing concerns regarding the condition of the produce I’ve received. Over the course of several orders, I’ve received moldy pineapples on more than two occasions, squished bananas, poor-quality strawberries, and spoiled cilantro. Initially, I assumed these were isolated mistakes — which can happen. But after experiencing the same issues repeatedly, especially in the last two consecutive orders, I believe there’s a larger quality control issue that needs attention. In my most recent experience, I had to return the bananas after discovering their poor condition at home, only to later realize that the pineapple was again moldy and the strawberries were not in edible shape. As a customer who depends on this service for health and safety reasons, I now feel concerned about whether drive-up orders are being given the same care and attention as in-store purchases in the Pembroke Pines location. While I can’t say for certain, I hope this is not a matter of offloading lower-quality items through pickup orders. If so, it would be extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize unfairly, but to encourage BJ’s to review and improve their produce selection process — especially for vulnerable customers relying on pickup services. I hope this review brings attention to an issue that can and should be corrected. Until then, I recommend other customers inspect their orders carefully upon pickup.
