Steve Hall is amazing! He's my service rep at MB of Pembroke Pines, and he makes my life much easier when it comes to my car. I know nothing about cars and how to service them, but Steve always takes the time and explain to me the whys and how. I've had other reps (30 yrs with MB), but he surpasses all of my previous reps! Service at car dealers after covid has been challenging. I think MB PB has dealt with the crisis very well. Parts are in stock, if not, it takes a couple of days, and you always have a complimentary car loaner. Very satisfied with the dealer.

Carlos was great—very attentive and helpful throughout my visit. The only downside to my experience was that there was no loaner available. I live far from the dealership and also work far from home, so not having a loaner for the day caused me quite a bit of inconvenience. I understand that this is not something Carlos personally controls, and he truly did try to help as much as possible. Overall, despite that issue, I had a good experience thanks to his excellent service.

My service Manager was Romeo Augustin and trust me when I say he makes all the difference in that place. He listen to me and understood me perfectly. He kept intouch to let me know how thing's were progressing. And when it's taking longer than expected he gave me a loaner. I don't like the fact that there were no hot chocolate lol. And when I went back to pick up the car the hot chocolate didn't taste good. I also didn't like the facility as the place look like it needs a renovation. It's not what I'm used to. But Mr Romeo Augustin made it all worth going there. Word of advice if you ever go there ask for Romeo Augustin, His professionalism is top tier 👌🏾.
