AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE! I had a flat tire, came to get it fixed and let me just tell yall that they took 3 hours! I had to leave my car overnight as well because they also put the new tire on the wrong wheel…. When I went back the next day, my car didn’t have my original tire bolts on. They forgot to put them back on my car… if yall don’t wanna waste money and your time do not come here. I also told the Assistant manager to make sure if my car was good to go, he said he’ll take care of it. Well I guess not. Never again.

A TOTAL DISASTER! I went there because my back left tire had two nails and a blade in it. I was told I needed a new tire, and I agreed—with one very clear condition: that the replacement be the same tire as the other three, a Michelin Latitude. When I went to check on my car, I was shocked to see them removing the front left tire instead. Completely unacceptable. Why would you remove a perfectly good tire that had absolutely nothing wrong with it? I had to call the manager, who apologized and corrected the situation or so I thought. A week later, my car started making loud noises and the vibration was unbearable. And surprise, surprise: they did not install the same tire reference. They put a different tire altogether. At that point, I completely lost trust. This is not a small mistake, it’s negligence. I will never go back. I had to take my car to Tire Kingdom in Boca Raton to finally fix the mess they created. The service at the Pines location is irresponsible, non-transparent, careless, and shows zero accountability. Completely unacceptable.

Very unprofessional. I’m trying to talk at the front desk and I got this manager and other worker just vaping In front of my face when I’m trying to have a conversation. Not only that the 3 times I’ve been here the worker is working on cars with slides on. Not shoes. I’m a blue collar worker. I know what’s right and not.

Purchased 4 new Prinx tires from Tire Kingdom. Three weeks later, one tire developed a sidewall puncture and went completely flat. I was told it couldn’t be repaired and they would not replace it, so I had to pay for a brand-new tire out of pocket. New tires shouldn’t fail this quickly, and there was no goodwill or support offered. Disappointed with both the tire quality and the service.

Came in for a flat tire. Advisor told me it would be an hour give or take. Came back 90 minutes later. They couldn’t find my ticket. I was left waiting for 10 minutes in the lobby. No communication. After asking for an update for the fourth time, the two service advisors were arguing between them and the one that took in my car said that my ticket was on the board. I asked what that meant. Ultimately, Alex, manager stepped in, brought my car in and got my flat fixed. Not a good experience

I got a flat tire unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon and I went here, not having much choice in the matter. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice but warned me there might be a long wait because they only had one tire guy working. Well it took way longer than I would have liked, but I didn't complain because I was in a jam and they were helping me so complaining would have been absolutely churlish. As an apology for taking so long almost 3 hours, they didn't even charge me for it. So I absolutely highly recommend this place because clearly they have a good attitude and care about their customers.

10-Year Customer Walked Away After Deceptive "Bait-and-Switch" Avoid this location, especially if you expect honesty. My wife paid for four premium Pirelli Cinturato P7 Run Flat tires. The store only had two, so we left the car overnight. When we picked it up, they had installed two cheaper, lower-grade tires hoping we wouldn't notice. When I confronted the manager, Omar, he was defensive and rude rather than apologetic. He spent more time making excuses for their "mistake" than trying to fix it. It felt like a calculated attempt to take advantage of a female customer. I had to waste two more days and another trip to the store just to get what I originally paid for. After 10 years of loyalty to this store, Omar’s horrible attitude and the store's dishonest practices have ensured I will never return. Take your business elsewhere.

Beware of this shop I have regularly used this tire shop for car maintenance and have never had problems before. They used to have a manager named Ashley who was excellent. However, on Monday, January 26, 2026, I brought my wife’s car in the afternoon with a flat tire to get it patched. The store supervisor immediately took my request and said he would do his best to patch it. He mentioned it would cost $35, but advised me not to pay yet. I waited in the waiting area while they took the tire into the shop. Every few minutes, I checked through the window and noticed that the tire was still sitting in a corner of the shop, with no one working on it. After 20–30 minutes, the supervisor and a technician came out and claimed, “We patched the tire, but it is still losing air.” The supervisor then tried to sell me a new tire. I confronted both of them and explained that I had been watching the tire, and no one had worked on it. I asked the tall technician, “How could you have patched the tire if it was never opened? Did you actually work on it?” He admitted that he had not and apologized for lying. The supervisor stated he would resolve the situation. They went back into the shop and began discussing the issue among themselves. At that point, I asked them to put the tire back in my wife’s car trunk, as I no longer trusted them. Told them I was ready to purchase 4 new tires and alignment but could not trust these guys. So and I drove away, still with a flat tire. Went to Tire Plus instead.

Got a flat tire today and came in to get my tire changed. Omar was great at getting my car in right away and changing my tire within the hour. Overall great experience very customer service oriented, and I’m very satisfied. I would recommend to anyone who needs a tire change.
