You want my honest opinion, here it goes. Ive been bringing my vehicles for the last 3 years, and I've never experienced what I've experienced on Monday 9-15-2025. My appointment was at 7am, I was try at 6:55am. The individual who took my car advised me that the mechanic usually arrives at 8am, cool left my car with this individual. Got a phone call from this individual advising me that they were unable to provide the requested service, and that he would call back to provide an itemized list of what was needed done before doing the actual alignment I requested. That was at 10am 11:30am I never received a call so I returned to the dealership to retrieve my car. This individual was very unprofessional, did not tell me what was wrong with the car, gave me my car back and said when you're ready to get the problem taking car of bring it back. I replied that he had my vehicle all this time and never told me what was wrong with it, and said no I want not be bringing my car back there. He is rude, and unprofessional. I've never had an issue with you guys before, this guy has to go. Maybe be retrained, because he is not customer service material, nor is he a team player. My original person which was Jose whom I've never had a problem with was running a little late, so the guy whom I've been talking about this whole time was complaining that he had to take Jose's workload. You guys need to get rid of that cancer. I wish I can remember his name

Someone named Reddy Salazar reached out to my husband, as we called yesterday inquiring about service. We sent the VIN# and he mentioned it was invalid. The gentleman argued with us because it is invalid. He then told us to call another dealer and was really rude, because we bought the car elsewhere. Not a great experience and yet another Autonation dealer with terrible customer service.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the AutoNation CDJR in Pembroke Pines. Orlan Spalding and his team, Miguel Cabrera. Cesar Perez, were fantastic. They ordered my custom truck, kept me updated throughout the process, and guided me through the purchase experience. After visiting multiple dealerships, I feel confident that I made the right decision. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck.

I will start saying that I leased my car in June 2025 a Dodge charger which is been a headache since then. My car after the first week is been in the dealer more than with me , problems with the batery , and more and more , unfortunatelly I don’t see that the dealer is responding when it comes to exchange or giving me a deal. Everytime that I go the services and the attention is really food but no one is really solving my problem . I feel like is nobody problems any more even do is a lease , is funny how companies work now that they don’t care because everytime that I go they try to sell me something not solving my issue . I’m pretty sure that if I don’t make the payment anymore they would be the next day on my door taking my car but because the car is not working and the service is not what I expect as a customer then I’m the one that is walking away with no solution.

My vehicle spent 15 days at service because the belt on my motor broke. When I dropped it off, I told the service agent that the power train light was on and to go ahead and do the oil change and tire rotation. I was told there was a five day wait to perform the diagnostic. I checked in via text after five days (after texting several times with no response) and was told the diagnostic was being done but parts had not come in. I texted the service manager because I was not getting replies from the representative. I told the manager not to forget about the services needed. I was texted a week later saying my vehicle was ready for pick up. After I picked it up (with no explanation of what was done) I realized that the diagnostic, oil change or tire rotation were not done. I complained to the service manager and he offered to pick up my vehicle and do the services free of charge. The service was done a few days later however the power train light diagnostic was never done. I wish I could go to a different dealer for service but I am stuck here because I paid my jeep wave service here already. I am not one to complain but the service here is horrible and it’s not the first time something like this has happened to me. They need to do better and communicate with customers. I paid a lot of money for my vehicle and services to be treated like this. I called the number to speak to the GM and was left on hold then hung up on… Classic 👌 This place is a joke

Unexpected visit due to "death wobble" of jeep gladiator. The service and turn time were excellent. I don't understand why if this repair is known and unique to Jeep Gladiators, why it is not a recall item. My truck is relatively new.

The service was excellent and conducted in a very timely manner. Lebert was professional, knowledgeable and addressed questioned that I had. I was provided a ride to and from the shop while my vehicle was being serviced. Everything was top notched and I will continue utilizing their service.

Checking in my vehicle for my service was easy and flawless. The service was completed with no additional problems or concerns and more importantly prior the agreed upon time. Abel (Service Advisor) kept me informed throughout the entire process.

So this is my 3rd review and nothing has changed. The same issue with the jeep that their techs can not fix after 8 days. It’s been 2 weeks and the dealership has still not called me back. I’ve called them a few times with the same response. Someone will get back to you. But they never do. I’ve even spoke to mangers. After my first review, they actually responded and said that they would take care of it. Sent me an email, but never did anything. I’ve probably called about 50 times in total. Soooo frustrating. I would never ever buy anything from this dealership. After they make the sale, they don’t care about you anymore. This has been the worse car purchase of my life. Stay away!!!!!!

Great service and professional staff. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Highly recommended. Félix Ruiz Garrido is highly recommended. He guided me through the purchase of my first car and made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free.

I have written some prior reviews, not very glowing, but I must say that AutoNation Services Dept did a great job on my last service issue! The Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited looked like a Christmas Tree with all of its lights on: Battery, Power Steering Unavailable, Service Airbag System, Blind Spot Alert Temporarily Unavailable, radio and A/C not working. Drove the Jeep in on Tuesday Nov 4th and was informed that there was an issue with corroded chassis grounding. I was also told that extended warranty was not covering repairs. Of course, I was immediately taken aback that this had not been discovered during the prior 5-7 times that the Jeep has been in shop for other repairs. Abel, my Service Advisor called me, and he said that he would need to speak to Service Mgr. Figured this would take several days but was pleasantly surprised that I had a reply back the next morning. AutoNation would cover these repairs, and I would have my Jeep back in a few days. I picked up Jeep on Friday, and it's been running very nicely (don't want to Jink this review). My thanks to Abel for assisting me and restoring a little faith in AutoNation!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. My car was kept there for an entire month, and in that time absolutely nothing was done to it. The reason? The mechanic failed to follow up on the claim update with the manufacturer, which was the key step needed to move the process forward. Not only was my time completely wasted, but I was also left without proper updates or accountability from the team. This kind of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable—especially when customers are trusting you with their vehicles and relying on your expertise. I expect much better from a certified dealership. I will be thinking twice before bringing my car back here or recommending this location to anyone.

AutoNation Pembroke Pines really handled the service on my Paacifica in a quick yet professional manner. I want to give a speacial thank you to Abrams for really taking care of my service. He was honest about the turn around time & actually was able to get my serviced sooner than I expected & provided uber services for my transportation home which was very convenient. The Hub on my van needed replacement & Abrams kept me informed every step of the way so that I would be informed of my car's status. Since getting the car back we have had no other issues and everything is working great. Thank you Abrams & your service team!

I had an outstanding experience at the Dodge Jeep Ram Chrysler service center in Pembroke Pines. I went in for a simple oil change and asked if they could also check my alignment, and the entire visit exceeded my expectations. The service was fast, professional, and truly impeccable. Abram, my service advisor, was exceptional. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing or talking over me. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine customer care, but Abram absolutely delivered. I left feeling confident in the work that was done and appreciated the level of attention and respect I received. I highly recommend this service center—and especially Abram—to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

What a great team they have at AutoNation in Pines! From start to finish a treated me with respect and got the job done on my vehicle. Even though this dealership is in Pembroke Pines, I come all the way from West Kendall in Miami to do all my servicing and repairs with them. Thank you for being such a great team!

My car was fixed in 24 hs (after waiting for my parts from Mopar for like 2 months) which us not the dealer fault. Car was fixed well and i got two oil changes for a good price/deal. Tomas Delgado was great.

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pembroke Pines. After having a major repair performed here (transmission replacement), the vehicle failed within months and required additional work. After the most recent visit, the vehicle was returned making more noise than before and with oil all over the transmission, which raises serious concerns about workmanship and safety. Communication has been almost nonexistent. Calls to the main service line go unanswered, messages are left without return calls, and the only way to get information is by physically going to the dealership. When I do show up, instead of solutions I’m told there are no loaner vehicles, that parts take a long time, and I repeatedly hear staff openly complain about how bad the process is and how problematic newer vehicles are. This does nothing to build confidence or trust in the work being performed. While waiting, I overheard a service advisor dismiss another customer’s concern about a loose component on a new vehicle by saying it was “normal,” that he’s “seen worse,” and that it was “not really a big deal.” That interaction alone was alarming and speaks volumes about the culture in the service department. On top of that, management is essentially unreachable. I requested to speak with a service manager and was left waiting in the service area without follow-up or resolution, eventually having to leave. This isn’t about delays — things happen. This is about poor communication, lack of accountability, dismissive attitudes, and unprofessional conduct. For a dealership of this size and brand, the service experience here is unacceptable. I would not recommend servicing your vehicle at this location.

The general manager “Orlan” (sorry if I spell it wrong) took care of me and turned my horrible experience into a good one. Never believed in the corporate responses to the reviews but this guy sat across the table, carefully listened to what I had to say and proved to me he truly cares by making things right. Managers like him are the ones who keep this brand alive. Bad experience turning into a nightmare. I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with 35,030 miles from Autonation on 08/15/2025 . The vehicle came with a limited warranty of 90 days or 4000 miles. On the 2nd week of ownership I took it to Autonation Jeep of Pembroke Pines to check a noise on the Transmission and vehicle certification in order to purchase an extended warranty. The service team took over 2 weeks to diagnose the vehicle (Replace 2 engine mounts and the drive shaft) then 2 more weeks for the repairs. A week after getting the vehicle back we noticed issues with the A/C and one of the mirrors so we took it back. Again took them over a month to complete the repairs and still not certified the vehicle, we send them multiple messages requesting a quote on the extended warranty but got no response. Finally got the car back on 11/07/2025 with the limited warranty expiring on 11/13/2025 we pushed for the certification and extended warranty but no response was provided. Finally on Friday 11/14/2025 in my way back home we herd a loud “explosion” underneath the vehicle and had to take it back to the Jeep service department in a flatbed. Not a week after and it was broken again. Was it a miss diagnose on the first repairs? Well…now the 90 day limited warranty is expired and the Repair shop does not want to take any responsibility for taking over 2 months on the repairs (allowing the warranty to expire and because they are understaff). Add the miss diagnose on the first repairs and we are left with no help, no warranty. I called the warranty to ask for help since the warranty expired less than 24 hours before the car broke down again but they declined since they were not responsible for the Jeep Service team taking months on the repairs and the possible misdiagnose of the vehicle.
