I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. A $2,390 charge for a “Vehicle Maintenance Agreement” was added to my contract without my clear authorization. The finance representative, Gema Urbina, and the sales representative, Verónica, handled my transaction. At no point was this maintenance agreement clearly explained to me as an optional product, nor did I knowingly approve adding this charge. Optional services must be fully disclosed and explicitly authorized before being included in any contract. Adding products without clear consent seriously damages trust and raises concerns about transparency in the sales process. I expect this issue to be reviewed immediately and the unauthorized charge to be removed or refunded as soon as possible.

Saturday February 7 at 8:15 am was my appointment for the 15K service. I've been bringing my car here for over a year because I prepaid for services. Out of nowhere, I was told my VIN didn't match the prepaid plan and I was asked to pay $230. I refused paid twice. The service advisor "the coffee consumer " didn't lift a finger to help and simply said it was a "finance problem." No effort, no escalation, no concern. This is my 5th Lexus, and I've never experienced customer service this bad. Then comes the real insult: I get my car back and discover a nail in the driver-side tire. After leaving my vehicle in their care, it was returned unsafe to drive. No warning, no apology, no accountability. That is completely unacceptable. I called customer management at Lexus of Pembroke Pines to rise of awareness , and instead of helping, they hung up on me. This location clearly does not respect its customers or their vehicles. Save yourself the frustration and drive to Lexus of North Miami--they keep their promises, respect your car, and operate with integrity.

Otany was an understanding and professional seller; I trusted him throughout the entire process (which I thought unlikely of a car salesman after having unpleasant experiences in other dealers). I have mixed feelings about my experience with the Lexus dealership in Pembroke Pines, which is a bit surprising given this is an $80k vehicle. On the positive side, the salesperson was genuinely nice and made a lot of promises upfront. To their credit, they were able to get me into a GX with about a one-month wait time, which was impressive given the market. The showroom itself is on the smaller side, but there is decent inventory available on the lot, so it doesn’t feel limited once you step outside. Unfortunately, things became frustrating after the sale. About four months in, the front wheels started squeaking, which I later learned was part of a large service bulletin. When I came in for an oil change, the system wasn’t reset properly — something the valet actually caught afterward, not the service team. At that visit, I was told a part would be available in a few weeks to address the wheel issue. Weeks went by. I happened to stop in later for an unrelated insurance question and asked the sales rep about the part. That’s when I was told it hadn’t even been ordered yet. After he escalated it, the part arrived within a week — which tells me the delay was due to miscommunication, not availability. That part is frustrating. Another disappointment was the courtesy drive. I was told someone could take me home since the service would take around three hours. I arrived at 8am, but when I asked about the driver, no one could find him — and no driver ever showed up. Overall, I’m still waiting to see how everything plays out, but so far the experience has been inconsistent. There are bright spots, especially with sales and inventory, but communication and follow-through need serious improvement. Mixed feelings all around — which feels odd for a luxury brand and a car at this price point.
