I have trusted Shell Lube in Pembroke Pines for 20+ years and will continueto do so. My children have their vehicles serviced there as well, and we live in Plantation. I tried other quick lub places and was disappointed. Ernie changed my Jeep engine oil today and he diligently took care of other complimentary matters. Always white glove service reasonably priced!

Worst experience ever. For one, was dropped off there by a nearby business by mistake instead of the place next door. We gave no authority as owner to do an oil change, but they did it anyway and didn't put back a bunch of the plastic rivets and caused damage. Don't ever go to this place.

I come here all the time for them to change my oil. This time Ernesto helped me. He also showed me a few things on my car. He didnt try to oversell me on things, but gave me preventative things to keep in mind. I also had my front and back breaks done there as well. Even our ASE automotive teacher at the tech school I work for told me whoever did my breaks, it was done very well. (It was done here). Thanks for great service and not trying to take advantage of folks...plus I was in and out with my granddaughter. 4.5 stars
