I went for an oil change and apparently I needed my tires to be rotated which I didn’t know. They do a general evaluation of the vehicle to check that everything is fine. Whatever needs attention, they let you know and won’t make any charges unless you authorize them. My car was done in an hour so the wait wasn’t long.

The quality of service is at an alarming rate of LOW! There is absolutely no reason that customers are allowed to schedule and appointment and we have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for our name to be called! If employees do no start until 8am then there is absolutely no reason why customers should be able to schedule an appointment prior to 8AM! For an appointment that was scheduled at 7:30am, I did not meet with an advisor until AFTER 8am! Mind you I was only here for an OIL CHANGE! That is absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate of customers time! I understand the world is short staff but that’s no longer an acceptable excuse. DO BETTER, MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO “call outs”!

I came in for service for a routine oil change. I was very satisfied with Paul who took care of the service and he recommended I speak to Marc on the new car sales. I walked over and Marc was able to narrow down my options to a Rogue or Kick because I wanted to be higher up because I have always driven an Altima. I took a test drive while Finance worked out how much they were going to give me for trading in my 2017 Nissan Altima. I loved the way the Kick drove and had all the new features including all the Nissan Safety Features, which are top of the line. I told Marc that I would have to speak to my wife before making this decision, but that I would be coming back to him when I’m ready to buy. He was able to get me top dollar for my trade in and get my payments on a brand new car well below $400/month with not a lot of money down. The deal was incredible! Thank you for the service of my Altima and finding the right next car for me when the time comes.

Came in to this location 3 times and thankfully i waited to write this review. First time it was a desert with no interaction or acknowledgment from anyone. It seemed like they didn’t care or didn’t have the need of selling any cars . Second time was a different story upon arrival I was greeted and Jerry went into selling mode by asking what we were looking for and offering a test drive. Third time we closed the deal. They made Everything possible for us to leave with the car even topping the APR offer we had already with our bank. I would check them out as they have really good deals at the moment.

My experience started off a little rocky but that was because I came in with issues from another dealer and another store So my trust issues was on a zero. Long story short my tires had been stolen off my car at another place that I got it serviced at. I had to get 3 brand new tires. I got the tires and went straight AutoNation. I dropping off my car then the next day, I was informed that I had a flat. I was completely blown. However, the service manager Ricardo stepped in like a knight and shining armor. He not only repaired the tire but he went above and beyond to assist me. I truly thank God for him because women are often taking advantage of at shops but he made sure that didnt happen. I would definitely return. He had so much compassionate empathy. Thanks are giving to the entire staff.

Autonnation is okay. The price for a used vehicle was decent. I can’t complain about that. My only complaint is the lack of care for the used cars that so called inspected and sold to the public. They use after market parts (which is fine) but fail to replace other parts that are visibly worn down. They changed the break pads but KNEW the rotors were in need of replacement. Within the first month of me having the car, I reported the breaks squealing, they told me it’s rust from the environment and rain. After 2 months I reported the squealing was continuous and loud. That’s when they informed me that the breaks were after market parts and that the rotors were sanded down, rather than also replaced. Of course after the sale, the only solution to fix the squealing was to replace the new after market breaks pads with original parts and new rotors. How much was that going to cost, a whooping $1000. No thank you.

I just recently moved in the area, so I need to find a new Nissan dealership to get my car serviced. Compared to the old place I used to go this was over all a different experience. Paul was a great service advisor he told me about a maintenance plan I did not know I even have been paying for in the past 4 years I had my car. He was keeping me informed about what was going on with my car and what I need to be done with my car the next service appointment. Overall, this was a great experience and I’m glad I found a new place to get my car serviced.

I am writing this review regarding the service representative Julio, who was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. About a week prior, I came in and spoke with Nick, who was very kind and provided excellent customer service. I made an appointment based on that positive experience. Unfortunately, this time Julio was my assigned representative, and the experience was completely different. I informed Julio that I had a warranty through AutoNation in Margate. He checked the system and told me there was no AutoNation in Margate. I explained that this was where I purchased my vehicle. The tone and facial expression I received in response were appalling. He then checked again, found the location, and said, “Oh, I guess we do have an AutoNation in Margate.” Julio then stated that I did not have a warranty because he did not see one in the system. I explained that Nick had printed the warranty information for me during my previous visit. Julio responded, “Then you should wait on Nick to help you,” and walked away. This is not the proper way to treat customers. His behavior was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, and it left me with a very negative impression. Julio should not be in a customer-facing role if this is how he interacts with customers.

The men's restroom is dirty. The faucet sink makes a very bad noise when it is opened. Also, a lady in the Service Department at extension 3 was very rude to me. She was not patient enough to listen and hung up the phone while I was still speaking. However the coffee machine works good with option coffee or chocolate.

The customer service here was so terrible that after my oil change, I went home, got my title and drove to Mazda and got a brand new car. Just so that I didn't have to deal with this particular dealership anymore. Waited 3 hours for an oil change that I was told would take about an hour. The advisor didn't advise me of anything and didnt communicate at all while i was there. I had to find him to ask questions and he gave me an attitude just for inquiring about the status of my car. You will never see the same person twice and they will try and bleed you dry adding on things you never asked for. Would not recommend this dealership to my enemy.

I had an appointment with Julio and was directed to his office right away. Besides the regular servicing I had some issues with my vehicle that were concerning. Julio let me talk and listened to all my concerns. To do all the diagnostics I had to leave my car till the next day. Julio called an Uber for me which I really appreciated.
