I had my Tesla repaired at Holman Collision Center of Pembroke Pines. My car was originally improperly repaired by another collision center and Holman had to redo the collision work from scratch. Neil Porzel was very knowledgeable and provided amazing service throughout the process, including dealing with the very difficult insurance company. The car was ready before the estimated repair date. Holman did a great job and the car looks brand new. In fact, when I picked up the car I didn’t even notice my car out front since it looked better than it did the day I picked it up from the Tesla dealer! If you are looking for a professional collision repair center providing excellent work and service, no reason to look any further than Holman. I highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They will charge you so much money and are not clear from the begging. We just paid 5,000 for NOTHING! For them giving me an estimate of the repair and charging us $220 a day for the car being there and THEY DONT TELL YOU! Juliagny Guillen is the most complicated and rudest person i haver ever dealt with in my life. She puts words in your mouth that you didnt say and then everything is the customers responsibility. We literally got SCAMMED by these people! After more than a month of my car being there they tell me they dont take my insurance and that we had said another insurance company which is TOTALLY FALSE! Please stay away, read carefully what you sign and if you can even record the conversation do so because these people are scammers. I literally gave away 5k just to be done with them and went somewhere else where they are gonna charge me way less and treat me nice which here they didnt. Im really disappointed of this place!!

Amazing shop with amazing people and amazing results. After an unfortunate accident, I took my new car in, and Steve and his team took care of it. It was easy working with their front office and they took care of everything. They made themselves available with the insurance, ordering parts, and scheduling and completing the repair. The most exciting part was the day I picked it up and the car looked just as good as the day I picked it up new off the lot.

Vinnie was great to work with and they did a great job on my Audi Q3. The standout part of my experience was how they handled everything with my insurance agency and how I wasnt involved in the back and forth that was required to get OEM parts installed. I’ve been in two accidents in my entire life both times the vehicles were repaired at Holman collision Center. Best of the best hands-down Steve and Mike were exceptional throughout the entire process. Wish I could say the same thing for my insurance carrier that was on the hook for a 30+ thousand dollar bill. They made this the most difficult and arduous process ever known to man. But home and collision center pulled it out in the end Definitely recommend them to anyone driving a BMW that requires collision repair

It is a very nice facility and the staff are very respectful, however my experience was very limited due to the fact that they specifically only work on BMW, Audi, and Tesla. Multiple Google searches and photos provided on Google maps indicate that this collision center works on any make and model, which is not true as I recently went to hopefully get a quote for my Volkswagen and was turned away and told that they are only certified with those 3 brands. To quote their own website, "Handling most makes and models, we offer special services like aluminum repair, a lifetime guarantee on paint and workmanship for the current vehicle owner, and any manufacturer warranties on factory parts." I recommend that the 'Our Commitment' section of the website is reworded/rewritten as it's misleading and could possibly attract the attention of other ineligible clients and waste their time like myself. TLDR: This collision center only works on BMW, Audi, and Tesla, despite the website saying "most makes and models".

Holman Collision and Steve did an amazing job getting my 2017 M2 back on the road. I was hit while driving resulting in some moderate body damage and severe mechanical damage (entire front suspension had to get replaced). Steve took care of all the communication with the insurance company once the vehicle was in the shop, every part and repair that was necessary was taken care of and done properly. Although the repair took longer than expected, there isn’t any other shop I would have taken my M2 to get it back. My M2 looks brand new and drives like a charm. Got into a fender bender over a month ago that became a much bigger insurance drag than I anticipated. My advisor, Juan Gallardo, made the process arguably enjoyable. He was super attentive to my car and my needs, answering my constant barrage of questions fully and promptly. Juan made sure that I was taken care of and made whole following my accident. Not once did I feel like he was cutting corners or trying to pull a fast one on me. Great guy, great team and most importantly, my car looks great.
