I don't know that I can adequately express my thoughts regarding my phenomenal experience at AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines. From my initial contact with Josh via e-mail, then text and phone call, it was incredibly positive. One of the things I was impressed with; Josh was actually the person I met when I arrived at the dealership! He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the purchasing process. Carlos handled completion of my financial documents and registration. He was thorough in his explanation of everything and it was followed up today by an e-mail with all the documents attached. Carlos also spoke of what a great service department you have and suggested I give it a try, as I would not be disappointed. I was thrilled that I was able to drive my "new" Nissan Frontier Pro-X home yesterday. I was introduced to, Champ from the Service Department, who gave me his card and encouraged me to return to have my vehicle serviced. Today I received a personal text from Maria in the Service department welcoming me and telling me to contact her with any needs I may have. So this is the long of it, but the short of it is this...I was made to feel a part of the AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines FAMILY. (If my Dad were alive, it's the type of place he would want to visit, just to have a cup of coffee and chat with the employees!) A wonderful culture is present at your dealership. Everyone I saw seemed to be enjoying work. I can honestly say, this was by far ,the most amazing auto buying experience I ever had. I had the pleasure of trading my old car for a newer one at this dealer, A 2026 Nissan Murano. This is the best dealership in the area to do business. I dealt with the Sr. Jerry and he was so kind and very helpful, I felt as if I was getting the best deal possible. Before ending up at this dealer, I had previously gone to 3 others, I could not find a rate that was worth trading my old car. I came here and was surprised, the other dealers were not even close to offering the rate here, literally no other dealership can compete. This was by far a truly great and nice experience, thanks to Sr. Jerry, GM Tommy, and Manager Alberto who made sure I was satisfied and who were honest throughout the whole process.
