Horrible never use this dodge dealership…. Sold me a lemon couldn’t fix my truck was in shop 3 months . Also wouldn’t buy truck . Literally had dodge corporation say oh you shouldn’t use that dealership. Service department rep literally would avoid answering phone.

Very unpleasant customer waiting area. Looks like Ño Que Barato. Parts side looks like El Pulguero (Like La Plaza) alot of articles hanging up on division glass. Terrible. Where the Marketing in charge. They need to learn about product Merchandising.

Held my Jeep for over a month before looking at it. After a few complaints they told me the diagnostic came back stating the rear main seal has a leak so they were able to provide me a loner. One day with the loner they called me back and said the job was done. The rear main seal is still leaking. My torque converter's having issues and the transmission is slipping. This is not the right place to take your car for major repairs.

They lied to me . I bought two front fascias from them in August 2021 I had to pay a $200.00 core charge . They told me they would come to my shop and pick up the cores when i had the old ones off the vehicle. So i called them they said they would come get them , well after a few weeks and several phone calls , they never came . I took the bumper to the dealer ship after a month of waiting and they said I would have my $200.00 core charge back by check in two weeks. Nothing. I suggest anyone thinking about using them for any thing think twice ! I"ll never use another AutoNation Dealership. Never ever ever again Osvaldo Ibanez (Tito)

The service advisors are great. Mr. Daryl Jones and Ms. Shakira Ramos are two I can always depend on to give me the best assistance and advice. Matt is pretty cool too, and he just moved here. I am sure the rest of the service advisors are good too, I just haven't worked with them. Daniel (in the garage) is always on point and does awesome work. I am having an ongoing repair issue that is taking weeks to resolve. It is very frustrating. Right now my review of the overall service will be biased, so i think it is best that I wait until this issue is resolved. AutoNation has always treated me right. Even now they provided me a loaner vehicle and they do everything to make sure I am okay. I know they take pride in doing the best job. I only have good things to say, even when i am frustrated when things take a long time I know the people at AutoNation are doing their best. These are people you can trust.

First of all, they have great crew always ready to assist, but my problem is when I wanted the cancel MOPAR Warranty, I had to call 3-4 times every week for almost three months, and they made me send them over 20 documents and handwritten letter. After I clearly stated my lender's address and bank account information they still send my funds to AUTONATION, I called them and they said they will hold on my funds until 28 of August with NO REASON, that is 5 months after my initial request of refund, with this people getting my own money became my FULL TIME JOB. and still waiting for my money and paying over 9% interest on that UNREFUNDED money. BE AWARE, THINK TWICE, WHEN YOU ARE PURCHASING OR GETTING ANY SERVICE FROM THIS TWO COMPANIES.

Run. RUN from this scam of a chop shop! Below is what we sent in to Chrysler's internal feedback system. This dealership's maintenance team tried to take advantage of my wife and scam additional, not-needed, services. When I arrived for my appointment, the service advisor was being yelled at by another customer. Hindsight... Should have been a warning to stay away! I was checked in 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Timeliness is not important to this place. Dealership sabotaged my electrical system. Van magically wouldn't start when I tried to pick up the vehicle. The advisor made many attempts to legitimize his scam. "Good thing this happened when the car was here so it didn't need to be towed". "Door was probably left opened" "Probably happened because from Texas" this one still confuses me. We have Texas plates, but recently moved from NC. We are military and will not have local documentation. The van is driven multiple hours a day. There have been zero issues with the vehicle coming in and was brought only for its routine maintenance. When I picked up the vehicle, none of the electrical worked. The advisor & mechanics were quick to diagnose the issue and provide a bill... Too quick. This was an obvious attempt to extort money for services that were not needed. My spouse was on the phone with me, on speaker, and asked what kind of scam shop they were running! When it was apparent he was coming back to the dealership, the dealership quickly fixed the issue and mumbled some nonsense that the battery will need to be replaced soon. Honestly, I wonder if the batteries in my van are the ones I came in with. A week later, my van is still running fine. I will never be back to this scam dealership.

If I could give 0 stars I would, HOWEVER, I am giving two stars because the Sales department is an absolute JOY to work with. That coupled with general manager, Frank, who has taken great care of me and my service requests following very bad experiences. The one service advisor I will also compliment is Tomas Delgado, who has been nothing short of kind, communicative, and attentive throughout my service experiences. I cannot say the same for Eric, the Service Director, who has awful customer service skills and quite the attitude and no sense of accountability for his department. The entire service department needs a facelift. Truly. No sense of urgency, no sense of hospitality. I would steer very clear from servicing your vehicle here. Like I said, the Sales department is a world of a difference - I have worked with 3-4 individuals from the sales department and all are incredibly kind and helpful. I would buy my next vehicle from here simply because of how pleasant my experiences with them has been. It's a shame that the Service department harms the lifecycle of a customer here. Really hope the experience improves for future customers! And I will gladly update my review following my next service appointment should my experience be any better.

My car was there for 11 days and left with the same problem I dropped it off with. They claimed it needed a new battery, but couldnt provide a report of the battery test they did. They also recommended unnecessary things like fuel injection flush and coolant flush. Chrysler doesn't recommend these at any interval only if you are having issues which we were not. They wanted to charge $673 for the battery. Cost from their parts department for battery is $230. So $443 labor to install a battery. Took it to tires plus paid $303 battery installed with 4 year battery warranty.

I been shopping around for a Grand Cherokee L for 2 weeks, I been at Arrigo, Brickell and Kendall Jeep, and the best deal I got was here, they gave me the most for my trade in, Orlan the GM and Luis Martinez are great. Easy to work with and they took care of me. If I could give them 100 start I would. They are the best
