This was my first time making a purchase with Acura. I had heard a lot of positive things about the MDX so I decided to try it out. I’m glad I did. My sales guy Nigel was awesome! He took his time with me and explained all the features of the vehicle. He didn’t pressure me about anything. I recently purchased a brand new electric Acura ZDX from Acura of Pembroke Pines, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. My salesperson, Abdel, was truly outstanding. As someone new to electric vehicles, I came in with a lot of questions and a bit of hesitation. Abdel not only answered every question with patience and clarity, but he also made me feel genuinely cared for—like a father ensuring my safety rather than just a salesperson trying to close a deal. I never felt pressured or oversold, only appreciated and respected. His honesty and dedication made all the difference. The sales process itself was smooth and efficient. When it came time to finalize the deal, Sean in financing had everything ready to go. The paperwork was organized, and signing on the docu-pad was a breeze—easy to read, understand, and complete. Sean was professional, personable, and made what is typically a stressful process feel seamless and pleasant. (Bonus points for being a hockey fan—Go Panthers!) I need to share how incredible my experience was at Acura of Pembroke Pines last week. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off in my new TLX, everything was smooth, welcoming, and honestly—surprisingly fast. The entire process took about three hours on a Saturday, and it never once felt stressful or rushed. Time truly flew by. My sales rep, Jose “Pepe” Borges, has been my go-to for over 12 years, and every Acura I’ve owned has been through him. As always, Pepe took the time to really understand my budget, needs, and what I was looking for. He’s incredibly honest, transparent, and realistic—never pushy, never “salesy.” It honestly feels more like I’m working with a trusted father figure than a salesperson. No matter how many times I renew my lease, I always walk away learning something new from him. Pepe truly is the best. I also want to give a special thank you to David, one of the managers. This was my first time working with him, and he helped secure an amazing deal while keeping the process quick and painless. David was calm, welcoming, and refreshingly down-to-earth—nothing like the typical dealership manager stereotype. From start to finish—including the Finance & Insurance team—everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did I get an amazing deal on my TLX, but they also helped me transition to a much better insurance option than what I previously had. That extra level of care meant a lot. My wife’s 2024 MDX battery died. She realized this around 6:00 in the afternoon. She called the dealer and they told her to be there by 6:30 to have the battery replaced or she would have to come the following day. I arrived at 6:45 and they still replaced the battery. The entire process was max 30 minutes and they washed the car without me asking. Exceptional customer service! The service drive porters and service advisor were great. Solid team working there.
