I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service manager, Francisco Marino, at the Goodyear Service Center in Pembroke Pines. I came in for a warranty inspection on my tires, as instructed by Goodyear Customer Service, and provided my reference number. Instead of assisting me, Francisco was dismissive, rude, and outright unprofessional. The day before, I was told to return for the inspection, but when I arrived, Francisco seemed upset about being short-staffed and took it out on me. His arrogant attitude and lack of empathy made the entire process frustrating. To top it off, he sarcastically told me to “go ahead and complain,” as if he didn’t care about the consequences of his actions, and angrily handed me his business card. This behavior is unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. If this is the standard of service at this location, I can see why customers might take their business elsewhere. Goodyear should seriously reconsider having someone like Francisco in this position. I will be looking for other service centers in the future.

This place has changed alot from years pass for the better. Angel the sales associate was Amazing He also helped out install the tires on my vehicle being they were short handed with the tire installer.Angel is a exceptional credit to that corporation.

Terrible, terrible service. I went there just for two new tires. I talked to Walter on the phone and he told they had the tires in stock. But only after I drove there I found out that no, he did not have them. He could not even tell me when he would have them. But the worst part was the attitude: a really bad "take it or leave it" vibe, borderline offensive to customers, as if they were the only people selling tires in the world. Not sure where he thinks he is. I just went somewhere else for my tires and will NEVER go there again. The rating would be a ZERO if that was an option.

Should have listened to the reviews and never even went there. Went in to see if a tire could be repaired after getting a screw stuck in it. Screw was too close to the sidewall so patching it was not recommended. Asked for a quote to replace the two rear tires and I was told they DID NOT do that because the truck is 4x4 (Ram 1500). Customer Service gentleman tried to explain to me that it was not allowed to only replace two tires on 4x4 vehicles which I know is inaccurate. I asked him if he couldn’t or didn’t want to sell me two tires? And he just smiled and went back to the vehicle being 4x4. Tried to explain to him that he was confusing “All Wheel Drive” with 4x4, and that regardless, I only wanted to replace two tires. He still insisted that he was not allowed because of manufacturer specifications. Worst salesman and liar I have dealt with in quite some time.

I had a terrible experience at Goodyear Automotive in Pembroke Pines. I went in for an estimate on some repairs, and Walter, the manager, took an outrageous two hours just to give me a price. There was absolutely no consideration for my time—sitting in the waiting area for that long with no updates was frustrating, to say the least. It felt like they were just dragging their feet. When the estimate finally came, it was ridiculously overpriced. I had already gotten quotes from a couple of other shops, and Goodyear’s price was significantly higher for the same work. I couldn’t help but feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I like to visit local shops to give them a share of my business, but this was excessive and exhausting. The lack of customer service was shocking. Walter didn’t seem concerned about the long wait or how unreasonable the price was. This shop clearly doesn’t value its customers’ time or money. There are plenty of other auto repair shops in the area that are more efficient, honest, and reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I have complements and one complaint. On Sunday August 25, 2019 8:30am, I came to good year for much needed service, breaks and tires. I had an appointment. My dog and I was welcomed. Vivian was the rep that day. She was professional and friendly and accommodating. I was prepared to spend a lot of money and wait at least 3 hours. They did not disappoint....lol Service was completed around 12:30pm with complementary wiper change. I come to this Goodyear because of the professionalism from the team members. There is a good year .5 miles from where I live but I rather drive 6 miles to get good customer service. With that said...on Wednesday August 28, 2019 my TPMS indicator light came on while driving. I called Goodyear between 2-2:30pm. I spoke to a rep, who I later discovered was a manager. I explained the situation. He stated that I can bring in my car so they can check it. He explained that I could have picked up a nail, could have a slow leak, the sensor could need to be reset. I asked him do I need to make an appointment to have this checked. He said "NO." He further said that they open at 7am and that my situation is a first come first serve situation. So, on Thursday August 29, 2019 7:05pm I show up to get this sensor checked. Chino was the rep at the desk. He asked if I had an appointment. I told him the conversation I had on Wednesday. He looked at me funny. I told him that I knew I should have made an appointment but was assured by ( ) you know who you are...that I did not need one. Chino said it's best to make an appointment ALWAYS! So, I deduce that the rep "manager" who was on duty Wednesday afternoon was either incompetent or lazy or both. He could have said to me, make an appointment online, he could have said I'll take your information to make an appointment. It's people like this "manager" that ruins the reputation of of a company and can affect the overall morale as customers will be irate with incompetent, lazy representatives. Chino took care of me. The tires were good the sensor was good. The tire pressure was not filled correctly on Sunday. I got an apology and a smile. NO Additional Money Spent...yeah! I will still come to Goodyear.

12/2023 update: Seriously considering suing this location for gross negligenc. They were supposed change out both my brakes calipers but come to find out they only changed 1 of them after I had my personal mechanic re-look over my car. They were also trying to gaslight me into thinking my front brakes and rotors were wrapped but the back rotors and brakes (the ones they replaced) were the issue the entire time! I hate this place!!!!!!! I’m here on a Sunday and the front desk guy literally took over an hour to check me out and give me my car back, after having it overnight already. I’m here sitting in the lobby, no ones ahead of me and I’m waiting for them to give me nasck my keys. Came I. At 1230, leaving at 1:28. Come on, that’s unacceptable.

Went to Goodyear at 300 Pines Blvd , Pembroke Pines today, 06/29/2025 and informed the tall man with no glasses tending the front counter that the tire had road hazard and needed to use the coverage plan purchased in 2023. He advised that he can only apply a credit towards a new tire (not replace) and a new tire would cost $153/$158 and with the fees would come out to $180 something. In addition with a radiator flush, was told battery low when it wasn’t and advised it was less than 1 year old and went to where purchased and battery was fine)balancing and something else it would be around a total of around $700. I have found my documents and he should not have quoted me a credit and cost of a new tire, this is misleading the consumer and unethical. This is the closest Goodyear to my home and therefore will not be returning there and in addition will let all my friends and acquaintances know about this situation for them to also refrain from getting service at that store.
