Awesome place they have everything, batteries, rims, seats for sale in the showroom and everything else in the back, super quick service, these guys know their stuff. I bought a used fuel pump, I was in and out in 5 minutes tops and when I had to return it they charged it back to my American Express card with no questions asked Pro tip:don't call them at 8 before the coffee is done

I got a complete engine assembly for replacement from these folks and they delivered as promised. Drove more than 7,000 miles and had no issues with my 2.0 Turbocharged Audi A4 engine. I also got the extra 18 month warranty out of caution, but hopefully I'll never have to use that. During the engine search process I've encountered lots of companies claiming to have high quality aftermarket parts, but somehow I resisted the urge to buy from them even though the prices were very attractive. Stark's Auto mechanics recommended me to buy the engine locally from Don's and I'm so glad I did the right choice.

Fenix sold my mechanic a faulty transfer case and my car broke down over 200 miles away. Over $900 in rental fees, a tow from Mass to NY, and they will not pay for their wrong. They sent a replacement transfer case and that is it. If they stood by their parts they would get back to my mechanic and fix the problem, pay for tow, and labor fees. My car has been sitting for two months now without any resolve. You will lose business from many mechanics if you keep this bad business up. I will be contacting my lawyer.

I ordered two parts from a employee name Stan on Monday which I was charged promptly . I called back Friday to learn my parts will not be shipped out until the next day Saturday. So I canceled half of my order and request a refund. Tuesday I did receive my order. Thursday I called and asked when will I receive my refund it’s been four business days. To learn he never processed my refund. The woman proceeded my refund while I was on the phone with her. As well as she sent email proof of my refund, and proof of my purchase. I would not recommend buying any part from Don’s. If you do don’t deal with Stan. He is unreliable, and a lier.

Purchased an engine to replace mine that thru rod out side, arrived for pickup was wrong after 3 hr drive they told me they found correct but $600 more and needed to wait a week and come back or drive 6 hrs to get it. Garage installed and head gasket was bad. Came with parts warranty and paid $486 extra for platinum warranty to cover parts and labor. Just was told I was denied because I didn’t replace my good water pump. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY COOLING SYSTEM. Stay away!!!! I tried talking with them and they won’t return calls, Unless you see it work or run stay away .

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If I treated a client of mine like they were less then , screaming like I was a child lied and said the cash registers close at 5:30 , told me I was trespassing bc I wouldn't leave without my phone he refused to call is so I can find it said I can look for it tomorrow and threatened me with the police on your website it clearly states that you must be in the yard by 5:30 and they close at 6 the yelling and trespassing comments were started around 5:26 I drove an hr and 18 minutes my husband is a disabled veteran money is tight I had to save for a month for this trip and I left empty handed and was forced to leave nearly $1,000 worth of tools behind....then he held the bus so I had to drag what tools I could grab then omw out the door he literally laughed at me

They seem less interested in customer service, care, and satisfaction. I am certainly not interested in the inconvenience of prepayment by secure link for parts because of your inability to do this correctly. If you need the customer to provide you with charity then you shouldn't be in business. Have the part in hand and get paid when it's provided to the customer. The previous business (Don's) showed due respect for their customers. Shirking and they disrespect.

The last few times I have called regarding the parts, I haven't even been able to finish talking before they rudely cut me off, very poor customer service (this has happened more than once, hence why I'm putting a review here. I understand if you don't have the parts but there's zero excuse to be rude and now even let a customer finish talking(didn't even know what part clearly if you don't listen to the customer) highly DO NOT recommend!!!

After a good experience finding a part for my car here last week, a very disappointing experience today. Drove 1.5 hours this morning to Binghamton location to pick up a part that was ordered from another Fenix Parts location. Confirmed part # multiple times over the phone before placing order. I arrived at 8:00 AM and they had an incorrect part waiting for me. A big waste of time!

Bad customer service ⚠️ parts in poor paint condition ⚠️ I decided to buy a door and a rear bumper in the same color as my car to avoid painting it, but it turned out that the ones I bought here were in worse condition, with lots of scratches and dents. When you buy parts here you have no idea what condition they are in since not even they themselves know, personally I will not buy anything here again due to the poor customer service and the poor condition of the parts I bought. The excuse they give me is that they are used parts. To which I respond, if you inform me beforehand of the conditions of the parts, I will not buy them.

This place is absolutely horrible bought a bad trans off them told them it's bad after installation ripped me threw the ringer for the warranty then proceed to tell me after 3 days of my time they don't pay warranty claims on labor after taking almost 2000 dollars of my money for transmission extremely unsatisfied with this

Worst place since fenix bought it from Don's. When it was Gary's, they would give a straight forward price on to buy a car. Not no more with fenix. It's a guessing game of how much fenix is going to pay for junk cars. This place has become complicated to deal with. I called Ben Weitsman's and they give me an straight forward price for the car no guessing. Took it there got paid no questions asked. You can't put extra junk in a car at fenix and they won't pay you for it. they only pay you registerable weight of the vehicle not scale weight. So if you put extra junk in the car you're giving it to them. The founder of Gary's should be upset that they're dragging his name through the dirt mud. As far as fenix take over Don's place has gone DOWN HILL! They're warranties, aThey don't stand behind The warranties anymore. They shortchange you on your labor warranty. They don't check out parts like Dons used to do when it was Don's automotive mall. They just send you whatever they have never been checked out and just hope for the best. then when they're junk after installing them they don't want to stand behind their warranty they're short changing on your labor claim and it's not only the first motor they send you that's junk they'll send you the second motor that's junk and just keep sending you and keep screwing you over. I used to use Don's automotive Mall faithfully because they did check out the parts and very seldom you ever got a bad part from them and if you did they stood behind their warranties. With Phoenix the honest mom and pop Don's automotive Mall is gone for good. If they'd spend more time in customer service instead of company policies that are ridiculous they'd have a better customer relations business.
