Found out that Cassie no longer works here will no longer be bringing my vehicle here or any of my relatives vehicles here. Very disappointed in how they handed the situation when I spoke with her while she was packing her stuff. This shop will never be the same and I will be forwarding all this info to all the others I have recommended to her. They have lost my 3 vehicles and those vehicles of my friends and family that went there for repairs! Im just outraged at how they handed the whole situation with her. Don’t bring your vehicle here cause Cassie was the only person I trusted with my vehicle!

AMAZING! I hit something on the highway and i got worried that it might have damaged my engine because i saw something leaking when i stopped. This was the closest auto-shop that i could find. They checked my vehicle for free and it turned out it was just the condensation from the AC and I was good to go! Honest hardworking business and i am so grateful they were the ones who helped in a town that I didn’t know anyone.

Paid $808 to have a squeaky sound fixed. They had the car for 3 days. Ordered a wrong part. Didn’t order a part. I have no idea but the car still squeaks after returning it to fix the squeak a second time. Stills squeaks. Update. Just picked up my car for the 3rd time. Still squeaks. $1,200 and my tire light is still on and my car still squeaks. I will not be returning.

Went in to have a spare tire I had sitting at home put on my current rim. Not only did they do that but also added a new sensor and valve (I think that’s what it’s called 😅) all of that free of charge! Very nice people! Will be returning (unfortunately very soon) for other services but at least I know I have good people I can trust!

About 2 months ago, I had about 1,300$ of work done on my car at your Monroe in endwell NY on main st. One of the things I had gotten fix was my rear shocks. All was well till I hit a bump on Wednesday (Aug 25,2024) and my car starting to make some very alarming noises. So immediately I called Monroe in Binghamton Ny Court st office, and not even 2 minutes of my car being on the lift they diagnosed the issue. When my shocks were replaced with news ones, the gentlemen who did the work never put the plate back on my car that secures my shocks to the car. There for the last 2 months I was driving with my shocks just sitting in there. And I’m fortunate enough that no damage was done to me or my daughter under people’s unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. The gentleman I spoke with at the court st office was amazing and helped me with zero cost. Which should be, given that I had paid 2 months ago for the job to be done right. But I will never step foot into the main st in endwell garage again. And your lucky nothing happened to me or my daughter, or I would have definitely sued once learning what had happened. 10 out of 10 to the 2 gentleman who helped me on Wednesday thank you, and I’ll definitely return back to that place of business. Can’t say the same about the Endwell one and I will let everyone know what happened that day too. To make sure stuff like this doesn’t happen again. Also when court st called the office in endwell to confirm I was there, they had told them that the person who did the work on my car was recently fired because he did someone’s ball joints and never tighten the bolts on them. So twice has this happened within the same garage and time frame. Lord knows how many other people are driving around with something wrong. And who knows If they are just trying to place blame to the guy that got fired. I will be going there to see with my own 2 eyes if the guy is there still or not. Will come back for an update!! 0 stars to the Main st in Endwell NY office 5 stars to the Court St in Binghamton NY office!!

My experience there was great went in for an inspection and the guy explained that I needed tires, they also was able to price match the tires for me so I didn’t have to back to another shop where I got my other two front tires from so I appreciate that accommodation. Did had to go back cause the tire they give started losing air but they figure it out fixed it, so over all no issues. Thank you Monroe

By far WORST experience I’ve had at an auto service business, I’m not one to write reviews or get bothered by things, but some how went from a $280 fix to $800 to $1400 for brakes. Very unprofessional, was told my car was done so I took an Uber there and told it was gonna be 15 mins max, waited there for over an hour while the guy who was supposed to be working on my car just chit chatted with the other 2 guys. Will not be going back. Still can’t fathom I paid that much for a job that took 2 hours. Honestly feel like I was ripped off cause I’m a women and don’t have knowledge on cars. Talked to a lady in the waiting room who said they’re known for adding unnecessary services. Would not recommend

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Had a hole in my tire that I’d plugged the day before, but was losing air again. They were able to get me in quickly, when every other shop was jammed, discovered the plug was bad, and had it fixed & out the door in under 30 minutes. Didn’t try selling me a whole new set of tires or anything like many other shops would have. I usually do my own work, but in the midst of a road trip, I figured I’d just take it to a tire shop. Their honesty, expediency, and proficiency all impressed me - I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

Denys was very rude and nasty with me at the point that i was thinking that he was going attack me when i when back with my vehicle because the exhaust of my car the they fix it was louder that it was .they just put a bunch of a paste to cover the leak of the exhaust after they told i need a new flex to fix it . I was trying to explain that in that flange it goes a compression ring that seal the flange even he told me that . This is the way they seal the flange .Denys need to learn how to deal with customer And take anger management treatment. I was the one supposed to be mad not him . Don't waist your time and money here
