Jeff was prompt when responding to my messages and very patient with my dysfunctional communication modes/skills. Each and every time I need a new vehicle, have questions regarding one of my current vehicles I immediately call Will Williams at Jack Sherman Toyota. Jack Sherman is a wonderful place to buy a new car but knowing that Will is there to help with every and any need we have makes Jack Sherman into not just a wonderful place to buy a car but THE ONLY place to buy or lease a car. Will Williams has been by my families side for years now helping us find the perfect vehicle(s) to purchase for the current needs of my family throughout the years. He has found and sold us multiple vehicles, starting with bigger vehicles such as the Sienna when we needed space for our 3 kids along with a highlander which we could drive on snowy days, but still fit our family. Being 2 vehicle owners Will has made sure we have the perfect cars parked on our driveway to meet the many needs of our family, which of course have changed throughout the years. Jack Sherman has an amazing selection for all price ranges and we know when it is time for a new car all we have to do is call Will and with one visit to Jack Sherman we will have the perfect car. Now that our son just got his license for the first time we will be the owners of 3 cars very soon and have already called Will. The sales process was quick, easy, and, on-the-level. My sales associate, Anthony, accommodated my schedule & responded promptly to any questions I had. Additionally, despite the supply chain issue, he secured me the car that I wanted, and was honest about the delivery delay. He did not try to push me to get something I didn't want. Just gave me the facts about what was available, and let me decide. I also wanted to mention that their financing department associate, Amanda, stayed late to help me and worked to get me the best rate that she could. Finally, I appreciate that Jack Sherman respects its customer base and isn't capitalizing on the up-charging above MSRP like other dealers in our area are. They could do this since cars are scarce, but they are actively choosing *not* to.

Very unprofessional and very unorganized. Showed up to the appointment that i had made a week before and they had no record of it at all. Was greeted with attitude each time I was there. The car was there all day and I ended up calling around 4pm to see what was going on. On this phone call they told me that the car was not going to be seen for another 2 days. Not 30 minuets later I get a call back saying they just worked on it and wanted to be paid for a hour worth of work. Between talking to 3 different people and how unorganized they must be down there Toyota Williams did not care to listen about the history of the car, which is a big part of debugging. I had a tech say to me, "It does not matter what another service provider did". They ended up not charging me for the 20 minutes of work they did, that was the only plus of the whole interaction (it was 20 minutes to read the code and diagnostics). They knew they were in the wrong, never once apologized and the feeling i got from Toyota was that it was my fault that they are really busy. Was told 2 different times "we do 90 cars a day". Not sure if the guy wanted me to feel bad for him or something. Last time I checked this is not how people should be acting in the service industry. No chance I would ever go back or buy a car here. I made an appointment and if they told me there in the morning they were sorry and couldn't get to my car that would have been completely fine.

My wife and I want to thank Jeff Klieger at Jack Sherman Toyota and Jack Sherman Toyota for getting us into the all new Sienna. As always, we experienced a very smooth and short buying process. Also, the finance manager, Rob, took the time to explain some unknown options to us and SAVE US MONEY, too! If you have shyed away from minivans...I would strongly recommend checking out the Sienna. I also highly recommend Jack Sherman Toyota. This is our third vehicle through them and we have been nothing but very pleased with them, from the initial shopping experience, through the sales process and all services in between! Thebsales and service team are arguably the best in the southern tier. Don't forget, all new and CPO Toyota's come with 2 years of FREE Toyota care, too!!

I purchased a used car from this dealership last year, and my experience has been quite disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was told that two complimentary services were included. I used the first service without issue, but when I later called to schedule the second, I was informed it had “expired” and would now require payment. I was never given any date, timeframe, or notice about an expiration, and the dealership refused to accommodate me when I raised this concern. Additionally, one of the keys provided at the time of purchase was not working. I was assured it would be repaired, but when I followed up, I was told they would not be able to fix it after all. Overall, the promises made at the time of purchase were not honored, and I felt misled once the sale was completed. I would strongly recommend that future customers get everything in writing and confirm details in advance, as verbal assurances in my case were not upheld.
