Absolutely horrible experience! Would not recommend the place to my worse enemy. I made a appointment on a Saturday to get my winter tires put on my wife's vehicle. The vehicle was there all day. They said it won't be done till Sunday morning. They didn't finish it till 1 o'clock on Sunday. Absolutely unprofessional. Would put no stars but google wont let me.

Half way into an 8 hour drive to college, my tire popped and needed to be fixed. All the other stores were closed or closing, and I was worried about getting stuck in the coming snow storm, but I was able to safely get home all thanks to Bill! He waited after hours and patched up my tire, and I was able to finish the drive the same night. Thank you again!

Had an appointment for 4 tires. Took 2 hours and 40 minutes, unacceptable. Then after all this time I was told when I went to pay if paying in cash it must be exact change. When did this policy change? I don’t have a credit card.

I went in after being told I needed new struts by Mavis for a second opinion. I should know better than to go to other places. The staff at this Mr. Tire always hook me up. Are honest and I feel pretty fairly priced. I always appreciate them keeping my car happily maintained.

Came in 5 minutes before they closed and they took care of me with open arms making sure everything was good to go. Had a flat tire and they fixed it up, swapped it with my spare, and filled up all the air on the other tires as a bonus! Fair and transparent. Would recommend

Mr tire is the worst. I was scheduled to have oil change in the morning and ended up waiting for 2 good hours from the time i scheduled and yet my car has not been touched. What is the use of telling me to come to a specific time if you don't have time to do job.

Charlie was very helpful getting two new tires on the car after we ran over something on the interstate. We were able to get to our destination and enjoy the time with our friends.

Came in for a 4-wheel inspection after putting on new tires and before driving 9 hours on a road trip. Nicole was very nice at the front but unfortunately very quickly after getting back on the road, I found that the car was pulling right after the alignment, despite driving straight before the alignment. Wish I could give a better review but cannot honestly recommend a wheel alignment here.

This should be a zero review. I went to this establishment hoping to get an oil change and an inspection. What I got was almost scammed by predatory business practices. They told me my car would fail the inspection because of the rear brake pads being "almost zero". I said I hadn't had any issue or grinding etc. "Well you will!" Yeah, I get how wear and tear works...anyhow, they FAILED me on the inspection because they claimed the rear pads were so bad and I did not have the time/money to do the brake pads right then (I had waited 2.5 hours at that point for my car). LO AND BEHOLD I took it to Subaru dealership today and the pads are at 3 MM!!! They have several thousand miles of use left on them. So I paid Mr. Tire Binghamton for a "failed inspection" that should not have been failed and almost got scammed out of replacing halfway good brake pads. NOT TO MENTION, in the THREE HOURS it took them to try their scam and "change my oil", I befriended this elderly lady in the waiting room and she walked out with a 2000$ bill, when she came in for a simple tire repair. After my experience, God only knows what wool they pulled over her eyes! Additionally the place was filthy. So, literally try anywhere else that they won't gaslight you out of hundreds of dollars.

Had a drop off time between 7:30-11 am. I showed up around 9am told the mechanic I needed an inspection and was interested in a road trip package. He told me the inspector can take my car at 11am. And he needed time to inspect my car to see which oil change would be best. I told him I would drop my car and to call regarding the road trip package. He called back and we locked in a road trip package. I returned to the shop around 330p and the lady at the desk said it’s going to be over an hour longer. She kindly took me back home so I could await my car. When I returned to pick up my car the windshield fluid light was still on, indicating that the mechanics did not even refill the fluid. I tracked down a mechanic and he filled it. This is unacceptable. First of all you had my car all day! And then I receive my car with a fluid light indication still on. It makes me wonder what other service was skipped. I bought a $250 roadtrip package that included multiple services. I will probably never be back to this shop. Thanks,

Very thankful for Bill and the team at Mr. Tire. I brought a tire in Sunday afternoon with bolt in it. They were able to patch and I picked it up 2 hours later. Thank you so much.

It took awhile to get my car in because they had a worker coming from PA. But they couldn't fix my tire and i did need to buy a new one. The person who waited on me was very courteous and informative. I didn't expect to be there for 2 hours just to have a tire changed, but they got the job done. Overall it was not a bad experience and i would use Mr. Tire again.

Had an appointment for an inspection at 11am, got there 5 minutes early. I asked how long it would take, the receptionist said 1 hour. After an hour and 15 minutes, I look out and see my car parked in the same spot. I ask the receptionist how much longer, she says that I'm next up. I thought she meant that I would be next to leave, but she actually meant next to get inspected, even though my appointment already had begun over an hour ago, and I was told it would only take one hour. At 12:40 I ask how much longer and remind her that she said my appointment would take one hour, and it's been almost 2 hours. She says that the inspection itself takes one hour, and just because I come in at 11 does not mean I leave at 12. By having an appointment scheduled, it does not mean that my inspection will happen at the scheduled appointment time, just that my inpsection will happen that day. None of this was communicated to me, and I have never heard of that before anywhere else. Not for nothing, another guy in the waiting room has been here since 8am. He did not have an appointment, but he has been waiting for 6 hours. I have been waiting for over two hours now, despite having an appointment. Completely disappointed.

IF I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a joke, and they are thieves. Not only did they steal money from us for doing work they NEVER did to my car.. they went ahead and left my under carriage cover tied up with zip ties, and never replaced it with the proper grommets... what a great surprise when the zip ties wore out driving down the road, and the cover started dragging. They also claimed that my windshield washer reservoir had a "leak".... a leak that has never presented itself for the duration of my ownership of this vehicle.. now has a sudden "leak".. then... the best part ever... whatever lady working behind the counter must have inhaled too much exhaust, because trying to communicate with her was comical. I could do nothing but laugh through my frustration. This place then admitted their mistakes and sent us to the Nissan dealership with promises to pay for all of the work Nissan would have to do to fix the mistakes they made.............................the rest that happened with Nissan is a whole other saga, and also very disheartening and disappointing. Paid $1,700 to Mr. Tire to make sure my already well cared for car, was up to top notch performance.... came out with more headaches than I thought was possible... NEGATIVE 11 STARS OUT OF TEN! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not take your their. Dishonest and rude.

UPDATE#2: Unfortunately, the story didn't end there. I just changed the oil on the car and now have two MAJORILY bad discoveries: 1. Theye didn't bother using a crush washer. I couldn't believe it while I was removing the plug, so I carefully checked for a missing washer (I always check for the old washer to avoid having two washers installed). Nope - no washer. They heavily torqued the drain plug damaging the thread. I noticed it and carefully updated the thread using a proper tap (M12x1.5). Hope I will not need to rethread it to M13. 2. I couldn't figure it out what filter they used. The filter has no marking of the brand (just Made in China and a part number). The part number seems like it could be STP, but it looks nothing like a proper STP filter. If the filter does not comply the specs set for your engine it cannot guarantee a proper oil flow and filtering capabilities. With all these things I think it was more damage done to a car rather than repair. Very upset with such a bad service. UPDATE: As I anticipated more surprises got uncovered once I had a chance to inspect the car in my garage. And that's the reason I am dropping one more star. The mechanics in that location are even worse than I thought. Upon inspection I found that they had no idea how the covers are supposed to be unlocked and locked. So, they simply left them unlocked. The problem is that one of the covers holds the cabin air filter. And now the air was just coming straight to the cabin. They also: - broke some of the locks on those covers - didn't put back two of the bolts which hold the front part - left a bungee cord in the engine bay (I guess they used it to hold some of the parts) and I was just lucky that the bungee cord didn't get into the belts ruining everything Now my disappointment is way higher. And I wouldn't recommend that location to anyone. Especially after the owner's response "We set a high standard". If that is something they call a high standard than they a very low bar. ******** First, I want to say that I know very well our cars (we have a few of the same brand). I am very familiar with them as I work on them myself. Hence my review is not a common customer's review. The car which we brought to this shop was my daughter's car (she was an out-of-state student). The car was in the shop twice for a repair and then for regular oil change. I didn't like two things about the shop: 1. It looks like the mechanic(s) working on the car were clumsy. I could find oil spilled all over the engine bay and even on the front bumper. The oil came out of the used filter. They didn't even bother to clean the mess they made. Really? Is it a big job to clean after yourself? They also don't pay attention to the details. While replacing the valve cover, they didn't move the lock pins from the old part. And now the engine cover does not sit tight and bouncing around. What mechanic could not notice that? For me it sounds like lack of care about the customer's car. 2. The second thing is even more worrying. In the invoice they say that they performed some free services. But if you check it out then they probably did not. In my case I am 100% positive that tire rotation was not done. I know what wheel was on which side and they remained on their original places. I suspect that the battery check was not performed neither. But I don't have definitive evidence to make such a statement. With all that said I am now curious what other surprises are waiting for me once I inspect the car more thoroughly. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the shop. Especially with a dishonesty part. If you claim that you do something - then do it. Don't lie to your customers.

Nicole and the staff here are incredible! It can be really overwhelming going to fix a problem that you don’t know much about, but everyone here made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was immediately greeted with smiles and positive energy! Nicole was especially helpful and wanted to make sure that I understood all the services being done on my car. I highly recommend this place!! :D

I had a great experience at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and the environment was friendly and professional. Nicole at the front desk was especially pleasant and professional. She reassured me that the technicians would take great care of the services needed for my car, and they certainly did. The prices were very reasonable, and thanks to the team’s work, my car was able to pass inspection. The entire process went smoothly, and I did not have a single issue with anyone during my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you all for a job well done!

False “low tread” upsell. Went in for a $26 tire rotation, came out with no work done and some dude trying to upsell me $900 tires. For my regular maintenance, I went in for a simple tire rotation for my 2023 RAV4 LE with 25k miles. Guy at the front desk said it would cost $26, which is very reasonable. Few minutes later, they drive my car into the car lift bay. Then, as I am waiting in the lobby, the front desk guy goes to bay and talks to the mechanic. Few minutes later, he goes up to me and says he won’t do the tire rotation because the tread on my tires are low. He plays the good guy and says, “I could have taken your money and done the rotation, but I’m not evil”. Then, proceeds to upsell me $900 tires. I thank him for the advice then leave. Here are pictures of my tires at the bottom. As you can see, they are in good condition with the wear bars very visible. I am now getting my car serviced at an honest mechanic shop (Jimmy’s mechanic shop) who double checked that my tire tread is great. This shop is dishonest and would not recommend to anyone. Honestly, don’t know how they have such a high rating.
