Went in for an inspection. I knew the trick of charging for wipers if there's nothing else wrong with the car so I took pictures of them beforehand and checked them. Lo,l and behold, when the inspection was done they told me I needed a new wiper In order to pass the inspection.

0 stars. My wife’s tire has had a leaking valve stem for a few months. 2 weeks ago, I called to make an appointment to have it replaced. Appointment was confirmed for 10:00am the next day. I showed up there at 9:45am, with 3 kids, only to be told that they were booked for the day and that the answering service that handles their appointments (even during business hours) should not have made the appointment without speaking with the in-store associate. So they could not and would not perform the service. Fast forward to yesterday. My wife told me she needed air put in her tire again. We both work full time and things get chaotic. So I called their 1-800 number and told the person that I wanted to make an appointment specifically with a store associate. They connected me, and I made an appointment for today at 5:00pm. Then I show up today (2nd appointment in 2 weeks), and the guy working there tells me there’s no way he can get my car in for the service for another hour and a half. This is the second time that I drove 25 minutes for an appointment that I already didn’t have the time to be there for, only for them to tell me no. So, I went down the street and got it done by a competitor for free. And I will be going to them from here on out for any similar service.

Jason and his crew have done right by me since I switched shops. Would recommend if you want honest mechanics who explain the car troubles to you in an easy to understand no-nonsense manner. Just not fond of the call center answering service. If I know what the issue is, it's nice to be able to talk to a service manager and get an estimate. The call center can't give that and there is no way to call the shop directly, so you have to deal with the call center to get routed through to the shop. Maybe add an option when calling specifically for estimates? Stops the mystery guess that sound folks and simplifies things who can say "Hey, I need X replaced on my [Make/model/year] vehicle."

I have to say I’ve always gone with Monro for all my service on my car. This was my first time with this location and I have nothing bad to say at all. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need I dropped my car off in the morning and I as able to pick it up in the afternoon. So again thanks to everyone at the store.

These guys literally saved me from being stranded an hour away from home. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because their heater in the waiting room/lobby stopped working, I didn’t see a restroom, and I was quoted at “Around $110” twice, but the bill came to $135 I think. None of these issues are huge, but combined I think they’re worth a star.

I would not even give them a 1 star. I would give them a -10 stars. Brought my 24 vehicle in for an inspection. The tires had 5/32 seconds, a tread on it. They told me their front tires passed, but the rear tires did not pass front and rear tires. Both had 5/32 seconds tread on them. I was told they were going to fail the inspection. I told them that was fine. And immediately, he started looking up new tires. I didn't even ask to have tires Looked up.! Brought the car back to the dealership. They confirmed that the treads was 5/32 seconds past my inspection and away I went. Such a dishonest establishment. I would never recommend going there for anything!

I was given and appointment for an oil changed and was told the price would be 49.99 and when we got there they told me that they don’t have the oil for that price and that coupons is no good.ii really needed the oil change. So my oil change was about 100.00. They were good and all but just didn’t think that was right.

I stopped in when I realized I had an overdue inspection! Although there were no openings that afternoon, they found an early morning opening the next day. The staff was prompt, polite and efficient. The waiting area was clean and organized. They completed the inspection without delay and got me back on the road without the risk of having an expired inspection on my vehicle. I’m very grateful!🙂

The guys were super friendly and helpful. No problems with the work that they did. I had an inspection and wiper blades changed. There was no heat in the waiting room. Manager said he messaged 16 times to get it fixed with no reply from his company. You would think someone could put a space heater in there at least. Another complaint-as my car was getting worked on, I had to grab something out of it, and the they were smoking in the back area. My window was down in my car and the smoke was entering the garage. I am a non-smoker with grandchildren that ride in my car. I do not want to smell cigarette smoke or have it sticking inside the interior of my car. and lastly, the gentleman who backed my car out, was covered with grease from head to toe. I'm wondering why they don't cover the seats before sitting to provide protection?

On January 1st 2026, my car’s tire got flat from bricks laying in the road. I got towed to this place, they got my car in the shop in less than 10 minutes, evaluated the issue in less than 5 minutes and was updating me shortly after that. Given it was 1/1/26 nothing else was open, I asked how much it would be and he said it was on the house because my situation was already bad enough. Thank you to you all, I believe one of their names was Harry or Henry and another (I hope I got that correct). That’s the type of stuff that would make me come back! 10/10 would recommend.

Used to be my go to and recommended place for service. Made an appointment online, and when I made it to the store I was told there were no more appointments and that the location didn't accept online appointments. I had previously made appointments online without issue, and was happy with the service. They are usually nicer and more accommodating than other shops. Every bay was empty but there was only one tech I understand him not wanting to take more work and stay later but it was 4pm that my appointment was scheduled for and youre able to schedule one for 5pm as we speak. Really bad experience. Really bad customer service.

I called last week and got an appointment for a state inspection, which was confirmed via email and three texts. When I showed up for my appointment, they refused to do it. They claimed I didn't have an appointment, then blamed the corporate call center for giving out appointments inappropriately, and sent me away without any acknowledgment or apology for the hassle. I'm in from out of town and trying to juggle things for my hospitalized elderly father, including getting his car inspected. This is not their problem per se - but the utter disrespect and waste of my time means I'll now have to take time off of work to try again in addition to losing a Saturday to this debacle.
