I went there knowing what my car needed and after telling them that and also they checked it out and they still wanted to do work that wasn’t needed. Later when I went to do the work myself, the lug nuts on the tire they removed were basically hand tightened. If I had taken the vehicle on the highway I could have injured/killed my self or others. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

BHM on hall st is a very fair repair shop steve an mary go above an beyond. I have been taking my cars there for about 5yrs an never had a problem. There are times when it was a small fix or he put my car on the machine an never charged me or fixed something an it didn't work right after took my car back re fixed it no questioned ask an no charged. These shops are hard to find they are out there but hard to find. I just want to say thank you John gavette

Had an awesome time, staff was very honest. Got stuck within 15 minutes and turned around. The trails this time of year are impassible by my truck, I never knew this. I was also one of the first trucks on the trail for the season, this was also a negative as no one knew the conditions. they refunded my gate fee and we're respectful and honest about it. Thank you BHM Offroad, I look forward to trying again a little later in the season when things dry up!

Awful experience. Installed defective alternator.brought it back twice ….and was told alternator was good even thou battery lite was on .My daughter was almost in a serious accident as car just lost power and steering while driving ..Firestone diagnosed the alternator as defective and fixed it in 3 hours .When I complained ..they insulted me !!
