Staff was polite & facility clean, but unfortunately, the goal of fixing a rough idle issue on my GMC pickup wasn't accomplished. I guess the days of a mechanic diagnosing & repairing a vehicle is over unless a computer can tell them what's wrong. Anyway, nice enough place, just a waste of money. ☹️

Horrible experience car is worse then when it was dropped off and no responsibility taken just oh well pay more money and we will fix it. They do not have honest or fast service save yourself money and time and run as fast as you can away. I will definitely not recommend them!!!

Mike Renner is the best! I was really worried about my car as we do have an upcoming vacation planned. Mike told me not to worry about a thing because he would take care of me and he did! He is the sweetest and even helped me move the carseats to the loaner vehicle and made sure I was all set before I drove off. I’d give him 10 stars if that was an option, 10/10 recommend Mike!!

Very nice personnel. Just moved to Broken Arrow. Scheduled service for my 2017 GMC Sierra SLT. I was informed, when service was completed, my battery was bad. Being the battery was only a little over 3 months old, being it was replaced at another GM dealership, I was informed of the price of a new battery. The warranty on the failed battery would not be honored by Ferguson,. Sad, I won’t be back.

I just wish that the GM corp office and dealerships were talking to each other had a recall got a letter for saying parts were in set up appointment so I did, got there this morning no parts. But Mike R is helping me out and getting some shipped in and I hope to have my recall parts soon.

Ferguson always gets me in and takes care of my truck. They are always respectful and always ask before they do work. They always let me know how my truck is doing. They always let me know about things that need to be done with little or no pressure. I feel safe and not I'm not broke from things that should get done. I will change filters in my transmission and anything else that needs to be done. I wouldn't trust any one else to take care of my truck and myself..

Extremely friendly place; however, arriving 15 early for a scheduled appointment, turned into 2 hours. After an hour, my “I get it” is gone. Didn’t have the best time when purchasing and this is my first time for service. Not the best experiences this far for this dealership. And it’s freezing inside the waiting area. Free coffee helped.

Pulled into the service area and get checked in. I sit down by the glass windows and watch them back my car out of the entrance run over one of those white poles then pull forward, back up again and pull my car around the building. And no one comes to say anything. Makes me wonder what else happened around the side or back that I haven’t seen. No half price oil change is worth not knowing what your car might be getting damaged by when you come in.

I really appreciate the effort the dealership has provided. Since day one my car rep took care of my needs and was always very helpful in my purchase process. I’ve had my vehicle for about three years now and as a single mother it’s very helpful to know if I have a question or concern about my vehicle the service department and entire staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. I literally today called with an concern of purchasing a battery for my vehicle needing a jump and installation the rep was quick to offer advice and advised me to just come walk-in and installed for free. I know it may not mean a lot to others but calling O’reillys they didn’t seem to helpful with idea of battery installation lol so being able to know I can ask a question without hesitation is a good feeling my vehicle is apart of my livelihood and means for providing for my children… so trusting their ability to correct an concern is important.

It’s like pulling teeth here you tell the dude the issue then the service guy has no idea and always has to talk to someone and then you get a diluted answer as to what the problem may be. Ok can you fix it???!!! Oh um well it’s not a good time now because you are actually here and maybe come back? I have bought a couple brand new cars here over 200k Please get someone at the desk that can help me fix a continuous issue. Offer a solution maybe? Staring at me like I know what to do isn’t helping me! An then having an AI reply back to a review like you care is proving my point an adding more frustration…great job

Stopped by and had a routine oil change performed on my Camry. Wonderful people and smiles in the service drive the moment you roll through. Even though my car does not fall into their brand, I was taken care of by my advisor Chris. My car does require special oil (0W-20) that they did not have in house, even with that dilemma I was in and out in around 35 minutes. I will be returning and recommend them if you want professional and courteous staff that will make sure your expectations are met!
