Pulled into the service area and get checked in. I sit down by the glass windows and watch them back my car out of the entrance run over one of those white poles then pull forward, back up again and pull my car around the building. And no one comes to say anything. Makes me wonder what else happened around the side or back that I haven’t seen. No half price oil change is worth not knowing what your car might be getting damaged by when you come in.

I really appreciate the effort the dealership has provided. Since day one my car rep took care of my needs and was always very helpful in my purchase process. I’ve had my vehicle for about three years now and as a single mother it’s very helpful to know if I have a question or concern about my vehicle the service department and entire staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. I literally today called with an concern of purchasing a battery for my vehicle needing a jump and installation the rep was quick to offer advice
and advised me to just come walk-in and installed for free. I know it may not mean a lot to others but calling O’reillys they didn’t seem to helpful with idea of battery installation lol so being able to know I can ask a question without hesitation is a good feeling my vehicle is apart of my livelihood and means for providing for my children… so trusting their ability to correct an concern is important.

Stopped by and had a routine oil change performed on my Camry. Wonderful people and smiles in the service drive the moment you roll through. Even though my car does not fall into their brand, I was taken care of by my advisor Chris. My car does require special oil (0W-20) that they did not have in house, even with that dilemma I was in and out in around 35 minutes. I will be returning and recommend them if you want professional and courteous staff that will make sure your expectations are met!

I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicles, my car never ran right after this “mechanic” worked on it, not to mention I had to go back and fix things that he replaced correctly and it was obvious he was not following correct diagnostic procedures as he would just blindly replace things even after recommendation and still charge then move on to the next thing that wouldn’t be the cause either. Would 100% NOT recommend.

Very nice personnel. Just moved to Broken Arrow. Scheduled service for my 2017 GMC Sierra SLT. I was informed, when service was completed, my battery was bad. Being the battery was only a little over 3 months old, being it was replaced at another GM dealership, I was informed of the price of a new battery. The warranty on the failed battery would not be honored by Ferguson,. Sad, I won’t be back.

Horrible experience car is worse then when it was dropped off and no responsibility taken just oh well pay more money and we will fix it. They do not have honest or fast service save yourself money and time and run as fast as you can away. I will definitely not recommend them!!!
