Little hard to find but helped me with a small scratch on my car that others told me needed to be repainted. Turns out it didn't and they didn't charge me anything. They could have easily told me otherwise but didnt. Had a great experience felt like and idiot though.

I was recommended to this body shop by the dealership, before I even tell you about this place I have to admit that I am a perfectionist with a background in mechanic due to my father's business... I was very concern with the job since the pain on my car has an under glare kind of iridescent color, my car is a foreign vehicle so the perfect finishing was crucial to the value of it. First, I was attended by Brandon he provided me with an estimate $$+Repair time. The day I drop my vehicle I was quickly attended and so be on my way to work. I was shocked when Mr. Brandon called me the day BEFORE my vehicle supposed to be ready to tell me it was ready to be pick up!!! *****THE PAINT, THE FINISH, THE COLOR WAS SURGICAL!!!! and beyond PERFECT!! This review is long overdue ... my car had been stolen and needed some body work/interior work upon return... I'm military so was a little nervous finding a reputable spot and this location was not on the list provided by my insurance company but it's the body shop the kia dealership uses and I have a Kia so I called. Donnie is SO incredibly genuine and really took care of me like I was his own Ohana. He went above and beyond when he truly didn't have to, even explained some things to me regarding the insurance. Also the work that was completed, made the car like new. I would never go anywhere else... This is the place to go, hands down.

I cannot remember his name but I went in around 2:15 pm today (8/23/22) and he was there working alone in the garage on a car. He was able to examine my car issue which was something simple and he was able to fix it right then and there. Amazing and quick, and I was hesitant because I had no idea what to look for when shopping around for a body shop, but so glad they were available and helped out.

Excellent and timely service!! Donnie took amazing care of everything. Googled this shop when my 2002 Honda Accord's rear spoiler snapped off after going over a pothole. I previously had it worked on in 2013 on the mainland, but the quality wasn't great. Donnie took a look at it, got my in and out a day later, and the quality is AMAZING! Can't say enough about finding this place... definitely will be taking any of my family's vehicles here for auto body service!!

I have now had to visit Fermahin's twice. I LOVE these fellas and the work they do. I was hit twice in a matter of a few months and they were readily available to help. Brandon handled my car both times. He is curteous and funny. He explained the breakdown of work each time, before I ever brought the car in for work. He was very helpful in explaining the insurance process as it was my first time having to deal with this. Both times my car came back way better than I brought it in. This shop is REALISTIC about how long it may be for parts to come in, PROMPT at calling when they do and VERY good at getting the job done right. Assigned to Hawaii in Jan of 2013. Camaro came in with scratched front bumper. Cargo suggested I can get a quote from a local and if the quote was under a certain amount... they could cut a check for the repair.. Chevrolet dealership recommended this business for paint work. New bumper was ordered and this company painted the bumper. Looked great at start. Slowly deterioted the moment we left Hawaii in 2016. I take great care of my car. The original paint is lasting longer than this companies work. 2 stars because the person I worked with was timely and able to provide a quote. Posting images for visibility. Clear coat work does not last!!!
