..I've been going to Paul's Garage for 3 years now...the Inspector is very thorough and professional...the only thing DIFFERENT - due to COVID - is that you have to make an appointment which was not a problem since I was accommodated later on the day I called...

Long story short came there to complete my safety check, it was already screened couple days ago just came back to get the sticker. I didn’t know that their lunch is at 12:30-1:30pm. I got there a lil before 12:30 and one of the mechanic said they already on lunch. I’m kinda upset that they can’t give a little consideration, it’s not like they gonna a do whole procedure again. What is a 1-3min of assistance to keep a client happy rather than shrug them off. Definitely will not do safety check here anymore.

This has been the most disappointing experience with a safety inspection shop. I previously had a "VOID" safety tag due to registration issued from another shop (so I can register my car), but unfortunately had expired, and I needed a new one to complete my registration. I asked if he could perform the same inspection, as everything was functioning perfectly, and the only reason I couldn't register was due to my military orders going overseas . However, he didn't even take a moment to inspect my car and insisted that I needed an appointment and that he is busy that day (but only one car is being inspected and almost done as I saw him taking photos already). There was no consideration or flexibility. It's no surprise that people are choosing other shops, like McCully Service Union, which have far more positive reviews (5 stars) than this one. Sorry lost customer. I was willing to even give far more tips $ but yeah thanks anyways. **EDIT: Now he is saying I did not want to make an appointment? I actually have an appointment with you. I can even provide a picture on my phone. See this blatant lying will destroy your business. And you saying I did not go to another shop? How about I post a photo of my VOID safety tag here? Folks be aware of this Shop!
