Ferrell's is not a bad place to take your vehical for repairs if you're looking for quality mechanics at a fairly resonable price. Every repair that I've ever had done, I compared pricing with other leading auto shops and Ferrell's has always beat their prices. However, if you're looking for that high quality (Firestone) professional atmosphere, you won't find it at Ferrell's. They remind you of a mom & pop business, but at the same time they are respectful and seem genuinely concerned regarding the care of your vehical.

My family always brought our Toyota here and Mr. Ray has always been fair, honest, affordable, kind. I can't say enough nice things about him. He temperament is even calm. The people at this shop including the secretary are just good people and I made a mistake letting someone else "fix" my car. With over $2,000 in repairs from Triple A in Timonium, my car is still having the same issue and they are not bending to help me. If you come to Ferrells, don't leave to go other places unless they are places you can trust. I learned my lesson. It was an expensive one. When The cars I got consistently fixed here were fine and reliable. Now my car which I took other places breaks down so much, I am calling for tows once every 2 months, no exaggeration. This is the place to go. If something happens with what they fixed, they will look at it for you. Basically what I'm saying is these people here really do care.

I've been coming here for a few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mr. Ray is honest and doesn't prey on females, as I've experienced at other places. You can tell he cares about people and really wants to help them. He reminds me of my grandfather and how he treated customers at his shop (RIP).

A/C stopped blowing cold air. I have been using Ferrell's 1-Stop for over 35 years. The auto shop is a family run business. They try to keep the prices reasonable. My problem was resolved and all my fluids were topped off. Sometime you may have a wait but Ray's experience and ability to explain your job so you can understand what is going on with your vehicle is priceless. Atmosphere is very friendly and open.
