went here to get an estimate on body damage. the lady who looked at my car was condescending. I know my car is older and kind of beat up but she didn’t have to rub it in my face :( otherwise, the rest of the staff was nice

This collision center has some of the highest trained repair men in the industry. I will think twice before having one of those fly by night collision shops repair my vehicle next time. After seeing the level of work Norman Frede Chevrolet collision center completes there is no question in my mind if I need body work or paint of where I will go to next time.

Not happy at all. The work was delayed without any communication and it wasn't done well. They broke new parts and still used them on my vehicle, the new paint has scratches and the badging is out of alignment and spaced incorrectly.

Work was completed but communication was poor to non-existent. Work was extremely slow. I would never use this shop again as their delays and poor communication cost at least an extra week of rental car expense that was totally avoidable.

I've used this collision body shop multiple times over the years and highly recommend it. They will repair any vehicle, not just gm and their prices beat other shops in the area. Also they get the work done on time, they won't tell you something will take 3 days and keep your car in the shop for two weeks.

Just came in at noon, requested to have a diagnosis and quote for my AC that stopped working. Also asked for a quote to replace 2 links on my suspension. Trevor called by 2 with a price. I paid for an oil and filter change with free tire rotation, 21 point inspection, and fluid top off. They did not do the 21 point inspection, they did not top off fluids, they did not rotate tires. Shop foreman never returned my call and the liar manager promised to email me the 21 point inspection but it never happened and they obviously never did the inspection because I took it to discount and ntb and they told me what I needed. #womancustomer save your money, no respect.

5 star service, second time in a row!! It started from the minute I first called. Before asking about the vehicle, Angel first asked if everyone was ok from the accident. I had already called a few other collision centers and they wouldn’t accept Zurich insurance. Angel didn’t hesitate and told me to send the estimate. I was provided with daily text updates about the progress and the finished job was perfect. Very impressed! Every other shop I have been to …I have always found something that needed to be tweaked/corrected. I have dealt with a lot of shops over the years and Norman Frede is hands down the best! I even sent an email to Colorize today letting them know they turned down a $10,200 job (and I was a previous customer).

My auto insurance company, USAA, recommended Norman Frede Collision Center for the repair of the rear-bumper, quarter-panel and taillight assembly damaged during a rear-end accident. Mia, my contact at Norman Frede was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly during the entire process from initial scheduling to pickup after the repairs had been completed. The shop provided quality repairs as well as safe handling of my Honda Civic EX-L. Mia kept me informed of the progress of the work and handled all questions in a quick friendly manner. Additionally, all the required paperwork was handled in a quick easy fashion with all parties involved. I would very much recommend this shop for any repair work in the future.

I have been really reluctant to post a negative comment, but I'm so upset with how horrible my repairs were. First I pick up my vehicle, I find scratches all over my bumpers from them dragging them on the ground, paint not finished, paint cracking, etc. Now, after I asked them to look at a leak that wasn't there before (1st wreck), only to barely get a comment of "we can look at the door gasket," but the leak is coming from the backside of my truck where they would have done some work. Either way, I have been struggling with a water leak for a long time now. I'm just so frustrated that my vehicle meant more to push it out the door than to do it right. I would give them a 0 if I could. Worst body shop and zero quality control (I had at least 20 spots they didn't fix right).

Whoever performed the welding of the bumper brace to my corvette absolutely had no idea what they were doing whatsoever, nor even attempted to utilize a TIG welder for this application. This is 24 hours after the "repair" and pieces are tearing off the car. I don't know who passed this vehicle through QC but this doesn't come close to satisfactory. I will contact them on Monday and update this review if the issue is rectified. Right now I'm feeling like I just got robbed. Car has pieces not even in the right places and bolts sitting in cup holder. Its like they had high school kids repair my car.
