Great service! Katie and Jessica got me in quickly. Drive service was a few minutes early picking up my car. I got a text and a video walk around letting me know what my car will need coming up soon (tire beginning to wear) that will need attention. My car was returned to me at my home and was clean and vacuumed. Very friendly service! As a dealership on the maintenance side, it’s Very efficiently ran! (I bought my car out of state but would trust them in the future when I’m ready to buy again) Over all great experience! Thanks Katie and Fields team!

This was my 1st and last time using their service dept. They lie because they don't communicate to each other properly. These cars are far too expensive to maintain and then settle for an unprofessional service dept....I don't think so. I do not recommend this Mercedes dealership for your luxury car needs at all! Save yourself the headache and days of them keeping your car waiting in limbo for no specific reason other than poor communication throughout. Don't let the fancy suits fool ya...

I am very satisfied with everything from beggining to the end the comunication with Dylan was spot on he provided me with everything i needed to know and he also gave me some advices what help me decide what i wanna do. She took the time to show us several vehicles and patiently answered all of our questions. What truly impressed us was her professionalism and respect for our process. From Christmas until the end of February, she never once called to pressure us. Instead, she allowed us the time we needed to make the right decision—something that is incredibly rare in the car-buying world. When we were ready, Margarita went above and beyond. She worked with her team to find us the perfect GLE 450, and the entire process was smooth, thoughtful, and completely customer-focused. We also had a unique request: the roads in our community were being resurfaced, so we asked if we could delay picking up the vehicle.
