Was sent by Autozone to Fierro's with an intermittent left rear light outage on my Ford Escape. Jose took a quick look, explained that he knew the car end, and agreed with Autozone that my problem was likely in the trailer hitch wiring. No cost, sent me to Eyers Hitch Center, Santa Clara, who found the problem. I will go back to Fierro's, with a high opinion of their honesty.

great guy, never overcharges. super honest & takes great care of my 2006 jetta vw. He is like an uncle who owns a shop and takes care of everything even down to replacing the windshield wipers when i forgot to ask him to. cannot recommend jose & his brother enough.

Thank you so much! A tire place told me I needed to replace all my tires and another told me I needed to see a mechanic because something was wrong with shocks but Fierros checked it out for 40 mins, drove it around, and came back saying "it's fine. Might need to replace this piece in a few months but it's good for now. No charge, happy new year!" I'm so relieved and so grateful to finally find a kind, trustworthy mechanic. I'm definitely coming back here for everything.

Prompt and respectful service. I was able to stop by to have him read the check engine codes the same day I called, and repair was done 2 business days later. Another shop wanted me to wait until the next week! Female friendly and great service! They even let me practice the little Spanish that I knew without laughing at my pronunciation. LOL. Great guys!

Definitely do NOT recommend Fierros. Jose is dishonest. They over charge for their low quality work. I had to return twice for a simple oil change. First to get them to clean up the mess they left dripping from the oil plug, and the second time because their guys lost the oil engine cap or didn’t not screw it on enough and it fell out. Jose even admits to me that his guys don’t care enough to do the job with quality. $120+ oil change for a lowsy job and no integrity. Jose is quick to blame the customer and he’s embarrassed because of his poor workmanship which is obviously his fault when no one else has opened the hood or touched the engine since Fierros! If you ever have to go back here because Jose messed up the first time, Jose will hide behind his mistakes and blame you, there’s better shops out there who can be trusted to make it right when they’ve messed up. Don’t make a mistake and try these guys as they may mess up your vehicle and not take responsibility.

I got my tires rotated and the person who helped me was so nice. He was very quick, efficient, skilled, and thoughtfully inflated my tires too. The cost was the same as getting it serviced at Costco Tire Center but theservice was far better quality. I didn't catch his name but my car drove more smoothly after he rotated the tires (the previous shop must have screwed up the rotation). Give him a good tip. This service is far better than anything you’ll fi d at Costco Tires Store.
