Hi everyone hi Kevin. I read all the other posts of people having great experiences at marks shop, but in stark contrast to my experience. Kevin sold me a customers car that was not what he was use to working on in his own words. It was a bmw with an oil leak that he didn't mention because he had stuffed a rag under the oil leak so the person buying the car would not see it, when I told him I found the rag he asked me if I liked it as if he really got a kick out of it. I was not amused as it could have caught fire. ill give you an update when I hear back from the BAR. I would like to add that the shop looked very professional and Kevin seemed very polite soft spoken. gave me a feeling of trust. I cant understand why a shop with such great reputation would jeopardize all that to hide an oil leak from an unsuspecting customer to whom would have been a loyal patron!!

We've been going here for many years - in fact, Foreign Affair is a key reason why we continue to buy Honda automobiles. The environment is inviting; the service advisers are knowledgeable and completely honest; and the workmanship is spot on. Foreign Affair was recommended to me after I questioned several diagnoses from dealers. Long story short: The dealer wanted to replace the transmission on my Accord; Foreign Affair CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem and solved it by replacing a vacuum hose. I've never looked back after that. For recalls, go the the dealer -- for anything else, go visit Foreign Affair. (They work on Toyota and Subaru too).

We have been taking my wife's Acura 2001 to Foreign Affair ever since it is been out of warranty. Repairs have always been done right the first time. No unnecessary repairs - they mention things that need watching and they have been watching it for years. Their location is not ideal for us, but we prefer to use their service for everything including oil changes.

I've been a customer of this shop since 1987 for all the maintenance and repair work of my 3 Civics, an Acura Integra, and a Toyota Prius. Excellent work, good customer service, and they don't try to sell me additional repair work. Their price is not cheap but reasonable, most likely a little less than Honda and Toyota dealers. Here's an example of how good they are: long time ago, a co-worker's Civic had a problem which the dealer still could not fix after 2 visits; I told him to call Foreign Affair; then just with the description on the phone they knew exactly what the problem was. I think their employees stay with the shop for many years.

Was referred to this place by a coworker. The entire experience was a very good one. First Allen gave me a quote and also advised me against doing some unnecessary work. The quote itself was very accurate. I needed to get my spark plugs replaced, adjust valves,flush brake fluid and fill transmission fluid. The dealer was charging close to $600 just for the spark plug replacement. Foreign Affairs did all the above mentioned(4 items) for less than what I would have paid for 1 work item at the dealership. Also I availed of the shuttle, I dropped of my car at 7 am was dropped of at my workplace soon after. Kevin helped me on the day of the service itself. Will be going here for all future car service.

Declaration: I did not really fix my car here but just asked for 2nd opinion from the store. The staff is super friendly and professional . They show me in person where the issue is to my car and explain how to get it fixed in detail. They waived the inspection fee as they think it’s just a quick check. Will definitely have my auto service here in the future.

This is hands down the best auto shop around. I won't take my cars anywhere else. If you have a Toyota or Honda this is the place. Staff recommends services and lets you know how long you can postpone them if any. No upselling on stuff you don't need.
