Brought mn y vehicle in to replace rear fender due to crash. They were professional, polite, and accommodating. They were able to work with car insurance company to ensure that I was able to use rental right from their location. I did not need to go to a separate rental agency. They had my car finished within less than a week. They ordered, received, professionally painted and placed on my rear fender within days of the order. Plus any additional repairs needed for the rear end of my car. Wonderful, you can't even tell that I had an accident. Truly impressed. Thank you.

I brought my truck to Finishing Touch for some body/paint damage on my new truck. They weren't the slightest bit hesitant to take in my aluminum body Ford as other shops were. They gave me a completion time and had the truck done as they promised. Their work is fantastic and they even detailed the interior before delivery. Id give them 6 stars if i could.

I had a small fender bender, and my front grill, headlights, and front fascia were damaged, along with part of the front quarter panel. Rob came highly recommended, and I really don't have anything to dispute that rating. My truck is 10 years old, so he asked me how I wanted it repaired. I wanted it back to good as new, and he delivered. The insurance process was very smooth and the truck is like new now! I'll be back in the future if I ever have a need. Office staff was also very polite and helpful. Overall A+ experience. Rates were better than other shops, and I for sure a better feeling of being treated like a customer and not a number!

Dear finishing touch, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address several concerns regarding the recent service provided to my vehicle at your establishment. When my husband brought in our van for repairs, he provided the necessary insurance information, and we were under the impression that the costs would be covered and it not like you didn't check with the insurance before hand because you were paid twice.However, upon completion of the service, I was informed that there would be an out-of-pocket expense of $955.50 to retrieve my van. This unexpected charge was not communicated to us beforehand, leading to confusion and frustration during the process. Additionally, there were discrepancies in the vehicle replacement arrangements. The temporary car provided to us was not in optimal condition, with safety issues such as a malfunctioning blinker light and oil indicator. Despite requesting a larger vehicle due to our specific transportation needs, we were downsized to a smaller car that have issues as well, which inconvenienced our daily operations significantly. Furthermore, the extended delay in returning our van haven't driven my in 28 days,coupled with the lack of transparency regarding additional costs, has added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Clear communication and upfront pricing details would have greatly improved our overall experience and prevented misunderstandings. Moving forward, I kindly request a detailed breakdown of the charges incurred and a transparent explanation of the service timeline and costs involved. I believe that open communication and clarity in transactions are essential for maintaining a positive customer-provider relationship. This place charged $150 to get my car back after requesting a complete estimate. They would not give me my vehicle until I paid them $150 even though it was going through insurance.
