Im over all happy. My last garage ive never had the mechanics call me and explain what they are doing or have done. The receptionist always called. I love at finks the mechanics call you. You feel like you are involved with the decisions or diagnosis of the problem. I know I am not mechanic and it has proven this time and last time. Things I thought they should have been weren't that was wrong. Finks is great. Hands down.. prices are fair. I mean you get what you pay for! Honestly. You wouldn't want some.fly by night doctor taking care of you.. so why would you want some fly by night mechanics work on your car.

Scheduling is horrible and leave the lady that answers the phone has no clue at all. I called them for a wheel alignment. They said they had no appointments available. They call me back and say they have a LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION if I can make it. I let them know that I'll try to make it if I can because I was not scheduled. CALLED again today and the lady says "Well you missed your appointment yesterday"; as if I was actually scheduled for an appointment. NO CLUE AT ALL...

Very friendly efficent service, appointment was the time my car was taken in for service. Job well done, I would highly recomend this service center! I had my SUV aligned and I must say all was perfect including the steering wheel was perfectly centered. It is wonderful to get your job done right the 1st time! The staff were welcoming and I must say I felt that I was part of the family.

Super friendly and trustworthy garage. Had a problem with my steering wheel making a clunking noise. Brought my car in and the mechanic explained exactly what was going on and that it was should still be covered under manufacturer warranty. Told me exactly what I needed to do and saved me a ton of money.

They have an efficient and friendly office staff. Even though they were very busy the lady in the office told me Bill, the mechanic, could replace my wheel bearing and do alignment on the day of my appointment. I dropped it off Friday around 9 in the morning and picked it up before 3pm. My minivan drives great now!

What a terrible experience. Went in twice, once for oil change and brake inspection (brough the oil and cost over $200) wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I regret it. Paid $430 (with tax) for front brakes (provided parts) and serpentine belt (I also provided this part). Front office lady was rude, condescending, and kept cutting me off. I was polite up until she cut me off for the 3rd time (have a room full of witnesses). They had my car for 24 hours, and I was told that since I didn't give them a timeline, they assumed they could take their time. Told me that they didn't know the car was brought in the day before so we would be first in line even though we gave the keys to the people in the front office and called beforehand. We had an appointment, and the car still took 24 hours. Never talked to a mechanic, and typical protocol at other garages is not protocol here: confirming a job before doing it (even if estimate was given 4 weeks ago), confirming and getting approvement for additional jobs, giving updates to the customer for a time line (had to go in once and call once), talking to someone who actually knows what they're talking about, itemized receipt. To top it all off, is it a mechanic working on your car for $115 an hour? Probably not.

The ladies at the front desk Are rude and ignorant and seem a little racist. Will never go there again just went there for simple questions About my vehicle. The one with the longer hair was ignoring me not trying to respond back and talk. They will never get my service again. There’s plenty of other places around with better support nicer representative, but this place is not it.!!

I want to share my experience with this business. I was referred to take my truck to this garage for a inspection and let me tell you it was perfect 👌 customer service +very helpful + they went above and beyond my expectations and Scott one of the mechanics did a amazing job finding the problem with my truck showing me what he found and fixing it the right way , the service i received was amazing this is why I'm sharing this to all that needs a good honest garage you can trust go to Finks Garage and allow them to do the work correctly. This will be the only place I take any vehicle for service as long as I'm a resident in york pa . It is hard to find honest and affordable garages like Finks anymore .If I could add a star, I would add 95 more, making them a 💯 star review
