Paid for a diagnostic. While in their possession, someone broke a part and glued it. Never told me. Found it when I got home that afternoon. After I called their attention to it, they offered and paid for that replacement part.

Called to get a price on wheel bearings, and talked to Bruce, the owner. I asked what the cost would be so that I could be prepared when I took it in, and he gave me a price. Then I asked what the worst case scenario might be because I didn't want to get hit with more money once the wheel was torn apart (I know there is a hub that might be bad). He said "$1,000!!" and hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never do business with these people - if the owner is this rude, no telling what the other employees are like. He is, after all, their leader.

I've called this place twice and stopped by once to see about getting some work done on my Range Rover. Every time I spoke with someone they weren't friendly. Luckily I found another shop to do the work I needed for a good price and treat us as a wanted customer.

Very knowledgeable and very honest people. They dont try to scam you out of your money and they do the job in a very timely manner. I have taken my car to several other places that wanted an arm and a leg to fix my car and still did not fix this problem. Bruce had my car in and out with the problem solved and was VERY fair in the price. I highly recommend them to everyone that has a foreign car. Love love love this place and will not go anywhere else!

I have taken used Firestation Service Center for at least the past 12 or 13 years. It is the ONLY auto repair business that I use, except when I am required to take the car to the dealer for any recall. Firestation Service Center is the ONLY auto repair shop that I truly trust. As a single female, I am comfortable and know that I will to be "taken." If it is not maintenance time, even though I may think it is, the service will not be provided. Bruce will explain to you the problem, advise of the cost before repairing. I have found with this business that "if it ain't broke, it won't be fixed," in other words, no unnecessary service. The service providers are trained and certified to repair various foreign cars. I LOVE the Firestation Service Center.

We were passing through Texas on I 20 east on our way home to Lafayette, LA from Dallas. The car overheated and had a massive leak coming from the front end. While we waited for the tow truck I googled BMW mechanics. A few places came up. I think it was sheer luck we got the tow truck driver we did. He recommended Firestation Service Center as the only place he trusts and has known Bruce, the owner, for years and that they are always fair and honest. We ended up needing a reservoir tank and radiator. This would have been double the price at my hometown mechanics shop. The service we received was so kind and caring. Bruce helped us above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I kinda want to move to Tyler because I've never had this good of an experience at a mechanic shop in my life! We have a BMW & they sure do have their quirks. The staff at Firestation can probably repair a UFO! I would trust them to work on anything.

I usually don’t do reviews but I honestly feel this business deserves it. I feel pretty lucky to have found Firestation Service when I did. I was treated poorly and taken advantage of by BMW of Tyler for a brake job on my 2014 Mini. I used to go to Sewell Mini of Plano until they closed. I was still having issues after my “brake job” at BMW so I brought it to Bruce and he took great care of my Mini! I won’t go into details but his prices and honesty about my car sold me. I depend on my car and I know I can trust his shop to keep me on the road. Also, I got to say, customer service is key to his front staff and Bruce. His front office staff worked with me the three times I have used them to make things convenient and easy for me. He and his staff are amazing, friendly, honest, and quick. I will continue to bring my Mini to Firestation! Thank you for such great service!
