Twice now this store has overcharged and told me that I needed things done that I haven't. They tried to charge for a quick inspection. They charged $30 in taxes for an oil change claiming I had a special vehicle that needed extra oil. Funny I've never heard that before from any other place. Overall very scammy.

He was very helpful trying to get me the best prices and he even let me know about the Firestone card they have available. I wish everyone knew about this card it has many benefits and it’s a master card so you can use it on other types of purchases. Aly had excellent customer service!

Jon, Kyle, Ali were working in the shop when I walked in. I had a leak in a tire and they were all incredibly professional and helpful. I highly recommend this shop as the customer service is excellent. I was informed about the military discount and was able to save a few extra dollars and was also informed of several potential issues my car may have down the line (like two of my four tires need to be replaced soon). This is my new go to spot in the Cape, 5 out of 5 recommend!

So I recently tried the new store in north ft myers I experienced some pressure to get some things replaced because Toyota recommends them at a certain mileage. The Cape Coral store check them out and saw there was no issues.. just recommendations from Toyota! I appreciate that! So if you’re feeling pressured and unsure of what has to be fixed.. give the cape store a try! Honest, and more relaxed without the hard sells atmosphere

I solely went to this location for years and felt I received good service. In 2023, they told me that I needed 2 new tires, so I got them. Same thing happened in 2024. Now in 2025, I was told that I needed 4 new tires for the same vehicle that I drive short distances around town. Took the vehicle to a different location and they told me the tires were 5-7 years old. I had receipts of all 4 being replaced in the last 2 years. I believe I was sold old or used tires. Extremely disappointed.
