I had my alignment done today by the technician named Esteban. They didn’t have a copy of the print out but he took a picture on his phone to show me afterwards and answered questions I had about my suspension. Drives straight, great technician will be back.

I came in last night at 5 and they tried to tell me they didnt have techs to fix a flat, so I begged and a very nice tech said he would take it and fix it but 3 splines later, I couldnt get a spline in time so I had to give up. Today I found the right spline and brought the car back hoping theyd fix it and the same gentleman who tried to turn me down the day before, turned me down again and the nice tech was no where to be found to save me 💔. Idk why I bother with this Firestone. They are so full of excuses. The bays werent all full, and the same car as yesterday was in the only occupied bay. It seemed like there wasnt anyone in the waiting room, and for a flat fix? Its not like i was asking for major repairs….like it just feelss like pure lazyness. The one by the mall took me right in 🤷♀️

Had a good experience bringing my big Nissan Armada to this location. I had tires shipped from eBay over to them and they took care of my car very well by installing those and aligning it. The alignment quality is infinitely better than that of Les Schwab's, I will also add.

Yesterday I made an “appointment” (if you can even call it that) for 11am today for an oil change and also to fill up a tire with like 2 psi and check some codes which those 2 were said to be free. When I got there, I checked in and was told the oil change would cost $119 even though I’ve gotten a couple from here before costing about $80. I then proceeded to wait 55 minutes just to see that my car hasn’t even been pulled into the bay yet. I grabbed my keys and left. What’s the point of an appointment if being a walk-in has the same result. Complete waste of time.

Terrible place. They completely disregard your time. We dropped off our rental car for an emergency tire service due to a leak and they submitted the request to the wrong Enterprise location/channel. We returned 3 hours later and they never bothered to check if the request was submitted or approved. They immediately bumped us to the end of the queue. Now the shop has closed. They could have just told us to return tomorrow, but they over promised and under delivered. My husband badly needs a working vehicle as a military service member in preparation for deployment, but surely this location has not considered our emergency and wasted time we could have used to find accommodations. Avoid this location.

This is the first negative review I have ever left in my 20 years on this earth, so if you’re reading this just know this shop is astoundingly horrible. I got my oil changed on Saturday, it took about 5 hours which is whatever I already knew this place takes forever even with an appointment. After picking up my car I drove home and didnt use it till Sunday night. Sunday night I started driving then started to hear scraping metal under my car. They failed to put my shield back on and to also screw the oil plug in all the way, it was slightly dripping oil. It was late so I drove home 10 blocks and waited till Monday morning to have a tow truck take it back to firestone. I had my dad drive up there with the tow truck and he told them that oils leaking and my shield is scraping across the road and it needs to be fixed and that I can pick it up the following day. So Tuesday comes I pick my car up and check underneath the car, the shield is on so I leave and run some errands. Than later Tuesday night Im driving and my car skirts out badly on a turn I took going below the speed limit so Im very confused especially since theres zero rain on the ground, than I smell oil. I pull over in a neighborhood and my car was GUSHING OIL. Oil was all over my tires which is insanely unsafe and could of caused a horrible accident due to how slippery it is. I call a towtruck driver and wait a few hours and by the end of those few hours theres pretty much zero oil left in my car. When I say Ive never seen a car leak so much I mean it. So today I go in in the morning and tell them this is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. The service manager was actually very helpful, kind and understanding, thats the only positive thing I have to say about this place. I picked my car up a hour later. I havent gotten a refund yet I was told I need to go back a different day to talk to somebody else and I honestly at this point dont even trust they did this THIRD oil change correctly but I guess we will see. So moral of my story is that if you enjoy wasting hours of your life on the side of the road, having to call out of work twice because you have no ride, wasting money on two tow trucks due to mechanics simply not doing their job, and finally wasting 10+ hours of time waiting for mechanics to finish up on your car who will probably do a worse job than a orangoutang with a missing thumb could do than this is the perfect place for you!

Don’t waste your time. I scheduled an appointment at 2 and they didn’t get my car in until 3:15. Then instead of giving me the customer an update on my car they made me wait for two hours before I finally asked how it was going. They told me they had to get a new air filter brought in from a different store and it would be another twenty minutes. From a business point of view, being clear and considerate with your customer is a must. I should have been updated regarding if I even wanted my air filter replaced before being required to wait. In total the entire experience was three hours and I would not recommend again for a standard oil change especially not one with an appointment.

I had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced at this location and they did not disappoint. The staff is truly AWESOME. They're friendly, professional and thorough. My initial interaction was with CHAD. He scheduled my appointment and listened to me as I voiced my concerns. My second call was with MARQUI and he followed up by assuring me that he was taking notes regarding everything we discussed. Drumroll 😀 and then there was TAY!!! Not only does he have a smile that will cause you to melt 😊 but he assured me that ALL of my concerns would be addressed and more! They were efficient in inspecting my vehicle AND they kept me informed (via email) while I waited! Who does that?! THESE GENTLEMEN DO. My poor car, Betty Ford, a very weary old Fusion, busted a tie rod and was having all sorts of issues. Obviously my alignment was rough, but turns out, my brakes were metal to metal (looking at you, Seattle traffic) and in need of immediate repair. I had stopped by this Firestone location before to discuss other repairs and pricing, when I had the pleasure of meeting Chad! He felt honest, reputable and we immediately clicked talking about Volvos. I ended up calling again and chatting with him about my recently undrivable car, and he said he'd take care of me. I got my car towed to Firestone and met Andrew, who gave me a rundown of what to expect as far as repairs, and was very polite. The next day, after a few more friendly chats with Chad, my car was already fixed. This was/is mind boggling to me; I honestly expected the repairs to take like, a week for parts, and such. I was delighted! I went to get it and met Tay, who was so sweet! He rang me up, and helped me out with some coupons. Then he jumped my car because it needs a new battery, so I could get home. Honestly, every single employee I met was so, so nice. It is a super chill environment, I didn't feel pressure to be upsold and as a woman, I didn't feel belittled or out of place (which is a rarity in auto spaces!). I am pleasantly surprised by how wonderful Firestone has been, and absolutely will be coming back to them, especially this location. Considering my car probably is entering the winter of its life, I'm sure I'll see them sooner than we think, haha. Thanks guys! Five stars!

This place put my family in danger, left off 3 bolts and caliper pin from front drive train. Drove over 700 miles then front of car became unstable metal on metal sound. Worst experience of my life. Took my car in on a Saturday just for a brake check and oil change. Told me over 5,000. Worth of problems were found. I asked if we could do some later but didn’t want car unsafe taking a trip to California they said need to have it done to be safe. Car was supposed to be ready on Monday was not Tuesday was not Wednesday finally in the evening it was ready. During that time they put on the wrong size struts, broke the ABS sensor and drained my car battery. Tech told me they upsold everything but the brakes and oil change and I didn’t need other services for another 20k to 30k miles. Tried to file claim and consistently would not call back. Area manager supposed to call for over a week and the division manager for over 4 days!! I’ll be seeking an attorney. Do not go to this Firestone! Photos of some fluid they spilled all over my engine and never cleaned up and a video from the Firestone showing the negligence of leaving off critical screws and caliper that held my car together

So every now and then I'll take one of my cars to firestone. Here in the Tacoma area, I've been to a few different locations. Today I'm so pleased with my service at this location i has to take the time to thank the store manager and his team for outstanding customer service and patience with my demands about the alignment on my car. I got new tires and knew I wanted to make sure my alignment was done to the best as possible so my tires could last as long as possible. This is my first time to this location, and I will be attending here from now on as long as this team keeps up the good word!

Great service! I only needed an oil and filter change, and got my car checked to ensure it'll be all good for a long road trip ahead of me. The attendant found a coupon to apply I hadn't noticed online to save me a little extra cash. Even scheduling online, I did notice that my car was taken in a half hour after scheduling time which is no issue for me, but if you're worried about timing that might be something worth considering if you're expecting expeditious results. It's right next to a busy road off the highway and I noticed multiple walk-ins during my time there as well. They still got it done within the hour that they said they would even if it got pushed back somewhat, but I had the luxury of time and non-emergency that not everyone has. Waiting area is comfortable and quiet, and since it's right next to a strip mall, there's a lot of shops nearby if you got errands you need to run while waiting. The shop is nice and clean! I didn't get a look at the bathroom situation but if the rest of the shop is anything to go by, I'm sure it's fine. All in all, glad to see Firestone is doing well these days!

I received a quoted price over the phone but was informed that the total would be about $100 more upon arrival. I was told the vehicle would be ready in an hour, but it ended up taking almost four. Although we had an appointment, there was nothing scheduled when we got there. Customer service over the phone was excellent, which set high expectations for our visit. However, it quickly became clear that things weren’t aligning. Initially, we were scheduled with Costco but decided to cancel after speaking with Chad at the 6th Ave location. Marquise (I hope I spelled his name correctly) truly saved the day with his calm and collected customer service. He honored the original quote and demonstrated exceptional professionalism. I observed him interact with various customers, and his approach to service is something that is unfortunately rare these days. I give him a 10/10 for going the extra mile and getting me back on the road!
