The slowest service ever. I checked in for oil change and tire rotation and that took 2 hours for them to come over to say you need 4 new tires and brake flush. They said the tires were in stock. It took another 3 hours to install 4 new tires, balance and break flush. Therefore 5 hours of your off day. I will never go back to this Firestone!!!!

Do not take your car here I brought in my vehicle for brake and rotor replacements and left with my “Check Engine” light and “Check Vehicle stability Control system” on. I’ve never had issues with my vehicle and about 3 hours later my vehicle died on me in the middle of the road due to a battery issue. I’m not sure how something as simple as replacing the brakes and rotors could impact 3 separate systems in such a short amount of time within my car. I do not trust the technicians to work on Toyotas, wasted 3 hours of my day for them to make mistakes with my car.

For the past few months, Firestone has been my go-to car shop for all my car needs. This was my first time going to this location and I'm sure that when I'm in the area, I'll go back. I opted to wait for my car to be serviced instead of leaving and I'm glad I got there when I did because I didn't want to stand. There are only 5 chairs and I was the 4th person. I believe this store takes pride in their establishment because not only was it clean, the furniture wasn't worn out (no rips; no tears) and the carpet looked brand new (no stains). I didn't mind waiting in the store because they had closed caption tv and I had my phone for entertainment. They also offered complimentary coffee but I'm not a coffee drinker so I'm sure most would appreciate the gesture. Too bad for those of us wanting cold water on a hot summer day :(. However, I do know that they don't have to offer anything to customers in the first place. I was notified about the diagnosis of the car within 40 minutes of arriving. I was also told it smelled like I had a possible engine leak but after investigating thoroughly, they couldn’t find a leak so that meant no extra charge. They could have convinced me that there was a problem and been charged for something that I didn’t see with my own eyes but I appreciate their honesty and them not taking advantage of the situation. The service cashier, Jonathan, was very pleasant and kept me posted on the status of my car. He didn't have an attitude and he spoke to me in a friendly manner. The repairs were completed about 2 1/2 hours later. For the inspections and front/rear brake job that they did, I feel it wasn't that long of a wait. Clean store...check Friendly staff...check Honesty and integrity...check check

Chris Mendoza is the Manager at this location and I wouldn’t do business with him nor would I refer any family or friends to him. If you’re reading this review do yourself a favor and go to the next store over. It’s a shame because we do a ton of business with Firestone and have for many years. My father is a lifetime retiree from the company. We have never had any issues at other locations except this single one and Chris. Jose (advisor) was great. He gave a price quote but then calls back 15 minutes later at the request of Chris and says they can’t honor that price after all, then reverses course on the phone after a brief hold and says okay they can honor the price, then Chris called back a 2nd time personally 10 minutes later and tells me that no they actually can’t honor the price. This is the 2nd issue we have had with him. Was hoping to give them a 2nd chance this time around but that was a mistake. Have lodged a formal complaint with HR and awaiting for further contact from the Area Manager.

They were so helpful! I needed a new battery bad to the point of my car turned off it wouldn't turn back on. I first went to the Stafford location close to 7 there closing time. They unfortunately didn't have the type of battery I needed but were very helpful in calling this location off of Hwy 6 and Ft Bend Tollway, which closes at 10, to check and see if they could help me. They could, so I headed over and they were extremely helpful. Very friendly and professional and the service was extremely quick- I was in and out in 20 min max! I would definitely recommend them to anyway who asks and will be coming back myself 😀

Was told that they could get me in right away at 11:30am on a Saturday. I pulled up and saw plenty of cars but was still assured it would take about 2.5-3hrs. I went to watch a movie and returned to be told the car was just going into the bay and would be given a quote soon. Once waiting again and being quoted, it would take an additional 2-3 hours to complete the service. I spent about 6 hours waiting on my vehicle. Was over-promised, really tricked into keeping my car. End of day was written on the paperwork for some reason, no one told me anything about the car being done end of day. Very bad service, essentially lying to customers to get more cars in. Jose was the representative that helped me.

The technician that I spoke with quoted me the price over the phone and when I arrived at my appointment time early, the technician inside the store quoted me the highest tire & didn’t mention the other options available in my size. I expressed to him the price that was provided (via the call) was $175 cheaper. So basically because I’m a woman I don’t know that there’s options so you try to up sale me and insult my intelligence. After he discovers the tire that was quoted to me he still proceeds with quoting me a price that’s $33 more. I ask what’s the price difference and was told road side. Instead of asking me if I wanted it he just included it again… insulting my intelligence of basic math skills. He then said even though I had an appointment it would still be 2 hours wait. I left because I was offended and in disbelief that men still think women aren’t smart enough to shop prices online before calling or even having the ability to know that it’s more than one option. Everyone was quick to help. Even for walk ins. Friendly and respectful. They told me whats wrong with my flat tire and gave great recommendations. They explained very well what happend to it. They did not charge me for checking the problem since I am still choosing options for repair. They offered me replacement tires if I wanted it with great prices or to follow up my tire warranty if it is still within the time frame. No charge for now for their trouble. Amazing. Free service. I appreciate that very much. I do highly recommend this place for their service and their staff. I feel their motto of honesty is implemented well. They did not pressure me into anything. The hours are extremely convenient, which made scheduling easy. I was even able to drop my car off before leaving out of town and pick it up when I got back.
