They recently did some work on my 2013 Highlander that included some painting- everything was completed as scheduled and at the price as quoted. The first job I did was good, but the last two jobs were not good. I had a 4th job and after their diagnosis I took business elsewhere. The 2nd job done was CV joint replacements, after the work I felt I couldn't turn the wheel without there be a jumping feeling. I brought it back to them and it was diagnosed as a control arm issue that would cost nearly a grand. I took to another mechanic on an unrelated job and they noticed the axle nut was loose. After he tightened, we went on a test drive, the problem was fixed. It was not an expensive control arm job. Toyo also changed my rack and pinion. There is now a constant humming noise when turning that wasn't there before after it was replaced. Also, there was another rattling noise that wasn't present after the Rack and Pinion. The another mechanic said it was a loose hose that possibly wasn't reattached after the rack and pinion job, given the location. Once he tightened it, problem solved. Given the lack of attention on not tightening a wheel nut after a CV joint job, I wouldn't be surprised if Toyo messed this up too. The lack of attention to detail, inability to diagnose an issue after their job caused a new problem, and catch-all diagnosing is why I will not bring any vehicle here every again. The people are nice, but I truly question the competency of the mechanics and staff. I've spent thousands here and I regret it.

The best way to describe service at Toyo is fair, consistent and quality. Syed and his team has been the only shop I've trusted and that came from recommendation from family who also are all customers of his. No matter the problem, every single time their service, support and pricing is always fair. Even if the cost are going to be high, they explain why and what's needed. I've been a customer for over 7 years and have nothing but admiration for this shop. Even their partners and affiliates - I've had to have my car towed here once and the truck driver couldn't say anything bad about Syed and his team. Keep up the good work!!

Amazing customer service, had a hit and run that took my bumper and light off a few nights ago. Called Gilbert who took care of it immediately. Only took a week to deliver the parts, and replace bumper and full set of tail lights. It ended up being half the price to replace the whole light system and add in a light bar than to buy a single light and have toyota dealership fix. Absolute professional, walked me through everything they were doing and gave me a discount when he found out insurance wasn’t covering it. Fantastic team and service, I didn’t even know they detailed my car until I got it back. First time and definitely not my last, Gilbert and his team have your back.

I have been a customer of ToyoMotors for approximately four years. During the first two years, my experience was generally positive. However, the last two years—specifically involving an unresolved electrical/check charging system issue with my 2015 Honda Accord—have required an extraordinary amount of patience and have ultimately resulted in significant financial and personal hardship. Around Thanksgiving 2023, I brought my vehicle to ToyoMotors to address ongoing electrical issues. I trusted that the work performed would keep my car reliable, as I am heavily dependent on my personal vehicle for work and safety. Since that time, my vehicle has continued to experience electrical and charging system failures, resulting in repeated stalling. I returned my vehicle multiple times between breakdowns, each time under the impression that the issue had been repaired and the vehicle was safe and drivable. Like many others, I have experienced financial hardship due to inflation and made the responsible decision to maintain my existing vehicle rather than take on a new car note. Unfortunately, around Thanksgiving of last year, my car stalled again, prompting another return to ToyoMotors. I am a first responder, and my vehicle has stalled on me twice around 2:00 a.m. during freezing temperatures, requiring emergency tows and jump starts just to reach safety—after I had already paid for services and was told the vehicle was repaired. Since then, I have returned my car to ToyoMotors twice more and took out two loans through Sunbit based on the assurance that the vehicle was being properly repaired. As a result, I have now gone over two months without reliable transportation while continuing to make loan payments. I communicated directly with the owner, Mr. Syed, explaining that I am actively paying on an open loan for a vehicle that is not drivable and expressing concern that costs continue to accrue because issues were not fully addressed before the vehicle was released. I also shared—both verbally and in writing—that due to my lack of automotive repair knowledge and as a female customer, the repeated breakdowns had caused me to lose trust in the repair process. Following these communications, ToyoMotors declined to continue working on my vehicle, leaving me without transportation after months of patience and financial commitment. What is especially concerning is that while reviewing Google feedback, I noticed another customer describing nearly identical issues. In that case, the business publicly stated it was “committed” to resolving the matter and invited further discussion. In contrast, I expressed similar concerns and was ultimately turned away. Today, after picking up my vehicle , my vehicle stalled again on the way home. I was forced to take an Uber to work, still without my car, and left questioning what work—if any—has been completed since November to resolve this specific issue. I am now over $3,000 in debt, without a working vehicle, and facing additional repair costs elsewhere for an issue I was repeatedly told had been resolved. I expected more understanding, accountability, and consistency from a business I supported for years. Instead, I am left disappointed, financially strained, and hurt by the outcome. I believe other customers should be aware of my experience when deciding whether to trust ToyoMotors with long-term or complex repairs.

I am soooo thankful & grateful that I found ToyoMotors! Apparently I’m pretty hard on my vehicle lol I trusted them 3 years ago to repair minor fender bender & they did a pristine job! I was very nervous, but they made my car look brand new all over again! Then I had another dent that magically appeared on my vehicle last year, Syed took his time found the identical color to match and explained what all he needed to do! This last time the same thing, I trust these guys with anything now! & they aren’t in the market to hurt your pockets either which I’m again grateful for! Being a lady & not knowing anything about cars & such these guys truly are trustworthy individuals!
