These guys can fix just about everything. Several years ago I had a major issue with my car and the dealer didn't want to try and fix it because of some sort of liability so I took it to these guys based on a recommendation by a good friend and these guys fixed it with no problem. Also they are very reasonably priced. They won't price gouge you. Their Shop is a little messy but don't let the Looks fool you, they do really good work and are more than fair in price.

The family I was born into goes to this place and they are awesome. My son was driven off the road by a idiot during a storm and hit a curb knocking the CV axel loose. I took the car to a dealership and the estimated charge was $5800 🫨🫣 I brought it to these guys and the first charge to get it rolling again was $880 to start off with and extra as the repairs increase. If you want to save money but have your vehicle fixed professionally you should make a pit stop here 🚩

Called for oil leak but did not get a response back. Before that. Had 3 brake light bulbs replaced and a bushing or brake stop and was charged $75.00 for a simple job that took only 5 minutes. Who does that 🤔. First quote higher price.

I have gone to this shop for a few years. Although I have never received a written estimate, I thought I could trust the verbal estimate. Today, I picked up my car after it was there over a week for a coolant leak. Will gave me a completely different price for labor. It was $200 over what we discussed. Then, proceeded to argue with me. I demanded to see the Owner, but of course he was not there. I paid him because I needed my car. I called multiple times to speak to the owner about this issue, but no one answered the phone. This is not how you treat a customer. They should provide a written quote, let you know if something changes, answer the phone like a business should during working hours and make sure they back their work. I've also experienced bringing my car back for the same issue. Either the problem was incorrectly diagnosed or they were just getting extra money from me. Take a man that is somewhat knowledgeable with you!!

I’m so grateful for Missouri Car Care! There was a kitten I kept hearing stuck inside my car. Firestone said they couldn't take apart the body or do anything to save it because they didn’t have the tools to take it apart. I thought Firestone was supposed to deliver “Complete Auto Care”? Missouri Car Care responded immediately, took precaution, and found the kitten in less than 5 minutes! Thanks to them, that kitten can live! I highly recommend coming here because they clearly go above and beyond in kind.

Really good, honest and efficient service. Within 3 months my grand Cherokee and my wife’s Volvo both had multiple issues that we had to tow in the middle the night on a weekend to here. I called and told them what had happened and first thing the next business day they called me with a diagnosis and fixed within a few days. It was a constant communication between us and it felt great that I was always in the loop. I’ve gone to those name brand service centers like pep boys and got scammed with things they claimed they did but never did it. Never again! It was a quick process to get my inspection and my wheels rotated and aligned. I’ve been to other places that claim to realign my wheels but my car still leans to one side afterwards. Thank you so much to the team at Missouri Car Care! I brought my car in unsure about why it didn't sound right when starting and made noises while braking. Turns out I need to get a new battery, front and back brakes with rotors replaced. The price was reasonable for the type of car I have and the service was quick as they were about to get my car ready withing a day or two. It is hard to find auto places that are decently priced and honest! I appreciate their hard work!

Will is a joke. I had to make a police report and file an insurance claim for the damage they did to my car then denied it. They had my car for about a month for a simple diagnostic. And I got it back the way you see in the pictures. Stolen parts and left a part. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. they have like 300 cars here at 1 time, not enough man power. Your car won't get the attention it deserves.
