I dont recommend them to do any services brought vehicle here with Big O. Paid thousands of dollars vehicle throwing same codes and more. Evidently they broke the motor mounts trying to repair the transmission. Call to speak to manger he out for a week but just took my money. Apparently no one there to over see anything. I see I will have to take legal action. The place deserves 0 stars.

Beware!!! I paid to have my transmission fixed at this location which was very expensive, and it took 4 months and still counting to be resolved. I am currently working with the corporate office and an attorney to resolve this matter. In short, they cannot accurately diagnose the problem with my transmission and will blame it on any and every thing to escape responsibility after they have taken your money. Chad (manager) is unprofessional and does not care about his customers or the quality of work that comes from his shop. If you ask too many that may concern you, Chad will get frustrated and call the police to file trespassing charges instead of resolving the issue amicably. Part 2 - In response to management response: I have video footage. Which I will forward over to your corporate office. Your statements here are false. The video time stamp is 5:56 pm when the police arrived. Your store hours ends at 6pm. Therefore, It was not after hours. In addition, I did not block employees nor did I refuse to leave. You wanted me to accept your mixed answers, grew frustrated and called the police. You fail to mentioned that you replaced the torque converter after 5 rounds of repairs which is not an electrical component. I did not force you to repair my car. You gave me a quote, I paid you and you could not execute on your repairs after 4 months.

I need to take my truck in for a check up they replace my transmission at the beginning of the year and I told him that the dealership told me that the transmission holder was loose he said they don’t cover that I could take it in to see what you’re talking about I seriously hope they do cover that because nothing was wrong with my transmission holder prior to this But It’s too soon to tell I haven’t gone there for the service this was via telephone So since this post I called to see if they were open and it was a Saturday the person that answered the phone says they were going to close at 10 because her mechanic was leaving OK I guess it happens today I drive over there because when I check the website it says that they’re open and I get there and they’re not open so somebody needs to update their website information Ok 3rd update Big O called me made an appointment for me reassured me that he would take care of me he even called me on Friday at work to make sure that I was going to go. Get there Saturday morning 8 o’clock I tell him what the dealership told me he took me inside underneath my truck and there’s nothing wrong the transmission mount is fine absolutely fine he even went as far as pointing out more things that the multi point inspection from the dealership should’ve picked up like the fact that there’s a small leak in the radiator and that the radiator fluid is extremely low in addition to the power steering fluid being low I don’t understand how this could happen what is the multi point inspection for and very grateful to Mr. O for taking the time and showing me what everything looks like at what everything is because I don’t know Peter from Paul when it comes to vehicles he took the time to show me and he was even kind enough and he didn’t have to I offered to pay and he said no ! And topped off the fluids. I am very appreciative and grateful for him and that PK that he gave me definitely helps me feel more confident when I go and talk to the dealership on Monday regarding these allegations of Extreme wear and loose mount Big O mechanic informed me it is not recommended to change only one shock absorber that they come in pairs they should’ve done both of them and they didn’t they only did one. It is very difficult to find somebody you trust when it comes to your vehicle ,at least for me it is !so grateful to Mr. big O I will recommend him every Chance I get . Thank you! I have added the information the dealership gave us regarding the SO called recommendation of service I needed for my truck.

I got great service. The computer said it would take about2 hours to replace my headlight as part would need to be taken off to get to it. However when I brought it in, the owner was so helpful and honest and said he was able to do it without removing anything. So, I got out much cheaper and quicker. He was very friendly, too,

Wanted to thank Big O and his team. Had engine and electrical work done. The communication about the complaint cause and correcting was fantastic. Repairs were done in a timely fashion with detail explanation on what to expect. Also I was instructed to return in a couple of weeks just to make sure everything is still solid. The warranty offered was also very reassuring. I highly recommend vehicle service at this location.

Terrible experience from the beginning of the repair . Still waiting to be contacted by the manager . Car has been there 3 times for one repair after giving Big O $3000 dollars cash . No callbacks no updates no expresssing of regret to the customer that has not had a ride in over a month . I will be contacting local news channel 13 very soon . It’s been a real nightmare without a ride and this business does not seem To care

Was told it need my transmission needed rebuilding. After spending 4k the car is still doing the same damn thing i brought it in for. Now they claim i need motor mounts. This is after they had my car for 1 1/2 weeks and had me waste money on a Uber the first time they said it would be finished and it wasn't. Also missing half a tank off gas. When I went to pick up the car the first time I didn't even see it at the shop. Now I'm wondering if they did anything at all to my vehicle.

I had a fantastic experience with Aamco car care in Missouri city I was frustrated in going through different things and it was totally out of character for me to do such a post without being patient. They were outstanding courteous expressed regret for the issue that I had that they resolved in a timely manner. They also repair an issue that was not part of my warranty that was worth $1000 and they took care of it for me they ought to be commended for the Customer Service Big O is the representative that I have been dealing with and he’s been fantastic from day one and like I said I was going through some things unfortunately in life and took it out on the wrong people and business.
