I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable collision clinic. They work efficiently and are very informative. John, the owner goes out of his way to help his customers and explain things in detail. I took my car here after an accident and John was so nice to lend me a loaner car while I waited to get my rental. He also offered to help me look for a new car and gave his insight on lots car/insurance information. As a woman who has never been in an accident before and didn't understand the whole process, I really appreciated his knowledge and kindness.

Collision Clinic has repaired damages to 2 of my BMW's 3 times. The latest repair was just done last week. The owner, John, is very personable, and his receptionist greets you with a smile and is very helpful. They are very helpful in collaborating with the insurance company on behalf of their customers. My vehicle was repaired excellently and in a timely manner with quality parts. It looks brand new! Also John honored the original quote he gave me 6 months ago. Also, my BMW was washed and shiny when I picked it up. I hope I have no more car damage; but if so, I will use Collision Clinic again

I was very pleased with their care of me and my car when I was dealing with my car accident. It was a stressful thing for me to experience. Collision Clinic employees gave me excellent advice and guidance and fixed my car nicely. It looked great, like new! You could not tell the back and trunk had once been smashed in. They communicated with the other driver's insurance and got them to accept full responsibility. I highly recommend this auto shop if u have a need to fix your car. Alicia and Anthony are very, very nice, professional and knowledgeable. It was my second time using them. The first time was 7 yrs ago. Thank you Collision Clinic team! I trust you guys with my car should I ever need you again! I hope I don't though:). I like not having car accidents!

Collision Clinic was absolutely amazing as well as awesome, the customer service was impeccable, the owner was very knowledgeable, considerate, confident, concerned about his customers needs. He kept me informed on all the issues and moves when it came to my car, he also informed my insurance company of every detail issues that may have been necessary and needed. Even though Collision Clinic wasn’t a preferred company Jonathan and his team took care of me and my car and my insurance company did their job in communicating with Collision Clinic of what was needed. I’d recommend Collision Clinic to others because they get the job done regardless of how long it takes, they don’t disappoint they get down to business. I was introduced to Collision Clinic through my wife and daughter because he had previously repaired my daughter’s car in which he did an outstanding job and with that being said Jonathan towed my car from another dealership which my insurance company recommended but I put my trust in Collision Clinic and I don’t regret it. John just saved my azz!!!! This guy was AMAZING!!! I had locked my ONLY set of keys in my trunk. He arrived FAST and got my door open. However, that did not get me into my trunk because I had set my cell phone and keys to the side of my trunk then closed the lid on them both, thus jamming the lock mechanism. He was able to lift the lid enough to fish my phone and keys out. I was stuck bad and he saved my day. He was super friendly, and exceedingly helpful. I can't say enough good things about him and his shop.
