I mean its my fault for being new and getting scammed for an overcharged air filter way above MSRP I didn't need. That was my last oil change, I remembered this and will go to another location, if another highly rated place does the same thing then whatever maybe ill change the score. A lot of reviews are mentioning review discounts which might explain why this place is higher.

On Monday, Julio went beyond his duties and helped me replace my back windshield wiper. I was at the business next door and they said they couldn’t help me. After about 8-10 min of me trying to do it myself, I drove to your parking lot and asked if I could get help. Julio immediately replaced the blade and wouldn’t accept a tip!
