Came in for an emergency brake job. Jeff did an amazing job of explaining what he was recommending without attempting to upsell what I requested. When the repair ended up being a bit more extensive than we anticipated (I suspected it would be but was hoping it would not be as intensive), he called before doing the repair to ask before changing what we agreed upon. He worked me in same day as well. Will return.

Decided to stop based on reviews. Visit lasted all of about 3 minutes. Had 3 guys working on one classic vehicle, no one to greet. Went to get help and was approached by Jeff. No “hello”, no “how are you”… felt like a “why are you here?” Told him I’d like to see about options to replace brakes and rotors. Told me only option is to go OEM, have to get parts from dealer, and it’ll be very expensive. Told him that OEM is not the only option. He said “well” and then turned around as he gave me a look of “are we done here?” Zero professionalism, zero interest on putting car info into the system to get prices or options.

Do not go to this place I went in for a simple tuneup, change the spark plugs, distributor and plug wires. They changed the plugs and told me my truck was ruined. It leaked all the oil in their driveway and they turned it on and it is no good. I drove it home to get to another mechanic all they did was move a plug wire and it sounded great. They ended up changing the plug wires and the distributor I’ve driven to South Texas four times with no problems. I paid them $250 for the plug service and would not recommend this place to anybody

Jeff is definitely an honest mechanic. I took my vehicle to his shop after experiencing a coolant leak. After the diagnostic test, Jeff informed me that he and his team aren't able to perform the repair due to the lack of tools and the repercussions, and it was best that I took it to a dealership that he recommended. Great experience at Quail Valley. Brought in my Ram 1500 that was leaking coolant. Jeff and the team made me feel comfortable with transparency on the repair and costs. It's been two weeks since the repair and no issues at all. Had them check on some maintenance items while in the shop, and they advised me that nothing else was necessary...no upselling on brakes/rotors/flushes (I'm looking at you local chain shops), just honest advice and suggestions. They've earned my business, and I'll be bringing my cars here for service in the future!
