🚀 Amazing Experience at Firestone! I stopped by Firestone just before closing because I found a nail in my tire, and Jonathan’s team went above and beyond to help me. Even though they were about to close, they treated me with kindness and urgency, making sure I could get back on the road safely. Great service by new manager, Jonathan. Very personable and helpful. Previous manager, Sam retired. Coming here for years and definitely recommend. Leave extra time to make your appointment on time. The morning traffic on SR 200 was ridiculous between 0730-0800.

The employee that checked me out let me know there is a nail on the side of the tire . I asked if I can see it and he got visibly upset , not sure why this is my car my tire my money . Therefore I will go to wal mart now and get work done I have had good experience there. What sucks is you can look my profile up with Firestone in Colorado they were my go to and I recommended them to everyone. This place not so much bad attitude about how I will spend my money. From my standpoint I’ll worry about what’s in my pocket and how I spend it. Figure out what’s your priorities is it quality work or what’s in a customers wallet .

I love, love, love this Firestone. They work with their clients by listening and giving advice. Pablo didn't get annoyed at my many questions and different quotes, he was very patient. I brought my vehicle to this Firestone location for a battery replacement. Before authorizing the service, I specifically asked whether the Battery Management System (BMS) would be reset, as required for my vehicle. I was told yes. It was later discovered that the incorrect battery had been installed and that the BMS was never reset. This issue was ultimately corrected by another shop at no charge, but it should not have happened in the first place. Modern vehicles require correct battery specifications and a BMS reset after replacement, and customers should be able to trust that the services they are told will be performed actually are. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I recommend customers double-check all work and documentation carefully if using this location.

Thankful for the service provided today by James and Mark on my vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me resolve the alignment questions I had and the tire cross rotation that was needed to stop the car from pulling right. I also have to say they helped other customers while I was there and those customers were very pleased as well. It was refreshing to see and experience such great customer service!! Service was fine but at checkout the tech offered a discount on my next oil change only if I gave them a 5 star Google review. Told me to pull out my phone right there and submit so he could see before they would provide the discount. If this location is essentially paying for good reviews, it makes it hard to trust their good rating on here. Pretty gross.
