Manager Mitchell was very pleasant and patient. He explained in detail what needed to be done, why, how and cost upfront. I had an appointment and they got right to my car. They had me in and out in the timeline I was told when booking. I had an excellent experience at this Firestone located at 10151 Albuquerque. I am thankful to have found my new go-to Firestone!

Make appointment for front end alignment for my vehicle, take in at 8:30am for 10am appt. Go back at 12:40 vehicle still not taken care of(WTF). Ask lady at desk, her response; u didn’t have appointment!(WTF again). Couldn’t leave vehicle for another 1-2 hours for total of 5-6 hours to perform alignment. Really!
I purchased a lifetime alignment package years ago, could this be why your in NO hurry to get to my vehicle? Cause you get no $$ from me? Well I rescheduled n will WAIT for vehicle. Let’s see how quick they get to it.
Got to scheduled appointment at 9. Mitchel checked me in n I was out w/in the hour. Alignment is good! Mitchel was great, explained about prior days issues and not getting my vehicle in. There was missed communication on both parties.
This Firestone has for last 9 years has been great to do business with. Will continue.

This place is a joke. I needed to get a quick tire repair because I ran over a nail. It was important because I was leaving town in the morning. After waiting over 10 minutes to talk to somebody, they turned me away because they decided to close an hour early. Rude and extremely unprofessional.

If you are a girl who knows nothing about cars, never go to this place! You’ll get scammed and they will try to charge you a lot for anything. They glued my break light and I haven’t even noticed thill today that I try to replaced it again and it’s completely ruined, and for that shitty work they charged me 60 dlls! They try to charge me even more but I claimed. Please avoid this place!
