After they put the wrong tires on my truck twice, I brought my Tacoma in 5+ times over a couple of months for a TPMS light—this was with brand-new sensors I had paid them to install, and they even sent me away with the light still on. Still no fix, they blamed my ECU. Took it to Toyota and they fixed it in under 2 hours. Save your time and money, go somewhere competent.

Sat in my vehicle for an air check waited for 20 minutes until I went inside and understood quickly that it was taking forever because one of the workers with short colored hair was too busy with the manager romantically. Immediately left to jiffy lube. Where the service was quicker. Unprofessional and no customer service.

never trust their manager for his opinions if he's not licensed to inspect your vehicle outside in the parking lot on 'Wednesday' to tell you you're okay on your tires that you will pass a Uber inspection. Have a 2:00 p.m. appointment on Friday..car doesn't get taken in till 3:30 at 4:00 they said that I fell the inspection because of my two rear tires even though he said 2 days prior that the tires were fine that I was going to be able to pass. These new managers really suck!! Several customers in that lobby were complaining about the wait time a couple from Colorado waited 7 hours to get tires delivered to their store they had to come from the other side of town 7 hours???

I took my vehicle to Firestone for an alignment after purchasing the lifetime alignment package. I was initially told it couldn’t be done and was referred to a dealer to meet specifications for my vehicle. I was initially frustrated as my first visit for an alignment went smoothly with no problems. I reached back out the next day to the store manager Art. I voiced my concerns to the store manager and was advised to get the second opinion and follow up. I did this and was pleasantly surprised that Art offered to cover my second alignment cost by the dealer. This type of customer service is rare these days and I wanted to be sure the Firestone staff was commended for doing the right thing and for going above and beyond to keep a customer. I will definitely return not only to continue to use my lifetime alignment package as needed but will also gladly refer folks to this location.

Obliviously uneducated was told there would be an electrical tech on site only to diagnose a burnt tail light it took 3 techs at the same time and still missed the screws to properly inspect the product somehow and yanked the actual plastic off the assembly. Upfront staff was highly unprofessional typical west side of town behavior at this location didn’t receive a call neither what took me 15 minutes to diagnose myself took them 5 hours, 3 techs and 2 managers I just needed the assembly replaced which was my reason for the visit and they couldn’t even do that

Steering is great now. Only issue was I was told the alignment would cost $139. I’m a disabled veteran so I get a discount. According to my math, the bill should have come to $125+ tax. I was never told about this EXTRA CHARGE until I paid. My total then was $149.17. I believe the extra charge should have been informed to me BEFORE I had the work done. Otherwise the car drives straight.

My long service appt. for new suspension went very well and smoothly. Ari is a pleasure, she made everything perfect from the initial estimate to the final conclusion of the service. There's more work to be done on other items so I plan to be in again soon! The mechanic who performed the service today must also be commended: he worked for nearly 8 hrs. on this ticket and got all the work done by end of the business day as promised. My car is riding so smoothly now! Feels way more secure on the road. This was a big ticket repair but the results are obvious and very worth it. Thank you, Firestone! See you again soon.

We had a diagnostic done on my vehicle and they were really good about. It told us exactly what’s wrong with how much it would cost. It was super reasonable. The diagnostic test cost was super reasonable and we will definitely be using them from now on.
