Went in there for a tire replacement since I could not have the nail in the side patched. Was told that I needed 4 new tires. I bought these tires less than two years ago, have gone less than 20,000 miles, and rotate them every oil change and they were telling me that if I don’t replace all four I’ll ruin my car. They stated that since I drive an all wheel drive vehicle this must be done. I corrected them and said that my jeep is a 4WD not an AWD they looked shocked that I corrected them and stated well then it’s a liability to do it. Another issue is I had an appointment set for 2p. I dropped it off shortly after 1 and they told me they didn’t have an appointment set for me even though I had the confirmation message from them but they could get me in. Then later they called me at 4:43p to tell me that I needed to replace all four tires I said no and that I’d call them back. Ended up going back to store since I was right down the road. Thats when all that needing new tires and refusing to replace the one went down. I ended up taking my jeep to BELLE TIRE and guess what, they replaced my one tire and told me that nothing was wrong with the other tires. Imagine that!

I ignored all the reviews. Bad move on my part. I had an appointment for 11 a.m. I pulled in at 10:45 A.M. They took my keys at 10:50. I was told it would be 1 hr and 30 minutes. My vehicle was not even pulled in until 12:45 P.M. Workers told me it would only be an hour and that there was a delay with my fleet vehicle but they finally approved it. As I’m writing this review it’s 2:35 P.M. My vehicle is lifted up but nobody is working on it. All 4 tires are removed when I asked for 2. He asked for more time. I work for the state and we have over 250 fleet vehicles and I am putting this store on the No-Go list. Ridiculous service. Know your customers man. If we are treated like this I can’t imagine regular customers.
Update: They finished at 2:55. They forgot to inflate my PSI. When I went back to have them re-do it the worker acted as if I was stupid. I have a pressure gauge on my van and it read as 10. It is supposed to be 85. When I forced them to re-do it, it magically went up to 85 instantly after telling me that they totally did it right the first time. I’ve genuinely never received service this bad at any establishment ever. Working in a field where I have to deal with the public, I know it’s tough, I never try to rag on workers but this store is legitimately awful. I am calling corporate because I actually cannot believe this

My truck broke down during a road trip, They quickly got my vehicle in and diagnosed it and obtained the part to repair it. I was out of there within a few hours, They really did what they could to make sure that i got back on the road. I live two hours away and not having my vehicle would have meant taking an Uber to a local hotel.

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment scheduled at 9am. They hadn’t pulled my vehicle around until 9:50 or so.
Eventually called me to the counter -talking to me about the wrong vehicle. Apologized & had me sit back down to wait. 11am rolls around- They call me to the counter again- just to hand me my keys & tell me they didn’t work on my car at all.
Ugh!! What a waist of my time. If there machine was broken they could have let me know before I waited 2hours! I will not be returning.

Definitely not a shop you want to send your car unless you’re getting the most basic repairs/services. I had an engine light come on and my car was not running properly. I scheduled an appointment and make sure they knew about the issues I was having. They said they will be able to look at it and at least diagnose the issue, so I brought it in. Upon arrival they completely denied me service and said they don’t have any experienced technicians that could look at it. I completely wasted my time and was very unhelpful. I was asking if they could at least get a read off the engine light, but they were still saying that I should take it somewhere else and they could do absolutely nothing to help me. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. I have had luck at other firestone locations but this one was terrible.

‘Keep an eye on the coolant’ a few weeks later I lose coolant completely. I go to belle tire - yeah no one put the tubing back like it was supposed to be put. 261 dollars later. But is Firestone going to pay for the damage? No. Like most of these places they won’t even acknowledge it. All I wanted was an oil change and new windshield wipers, how do yall fumble it this bad?
